First time there and very disappointed in the quality of the products.
I had a gel manicure done Friday, and 3 fingers chipped by Sunday. I went back Monday night, and they fixed all 3, and were very happy to do so. Its only been a whole week and by this Friday all the paint on one thumb has peeled off and half the paint on the other thumb and one finger. My usual gel manicure can take me up to 3 weeks. Id like to go back to have it all done again or my money back, but im hesitant because it may just happen again...
The customer service was excellent; theyre very nice.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon she kept putting them on crooked repeatedly until i got fed up amd had her romove them all and my toes were not filed or cuticals removed properly and the prices are expensive so I walked right up the street to a different salon

I got my first pedicure at Nail Trap yesterday. Sophia took her time and was wonderful. I don't like when my nails are being cut but she assured me I could relax and that she would take care of me. She was wonderful! AND did a great job on my toes!! Thank you Sophia!!!

First time there and very disappointed in the quality of the products.
I had a gel manicure done Friday, and 3 fingers chipped by Sunday. I went back Monday night, and they fixed all 3, and were very happy to do so. Its only been a whole week and by this Friday all the paint on one thumb has peeled off and half the paint on the other thumb and one finger. My usual gel manicure can take me up to 3 weeks. Id like to go back to have it all done again or my money back, but im hesitant because it may just happen again...

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon she kept putting them on crooked repeatedly until i got fed up amd had her romove them all and my toes were not filed or cuticals removed properly and the prices are expensive so I walked right up the street to a different salon
