I chose to visit this spa for a massage and facial because of the other great reviews I read online. I was not disappointed! Patrick's massage was wonderful and so relaxing that I fell asleep! Nicholle's facial was equally as great and I enjoyed talking with her while she worked on me. When she found out that my wedding was the next weekend, she even graciously offered to fit me in for a last-minute make-up session if my original appointment didn't work out. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The staff is PHENOMENAL. I got a gel mani/pedi. The whole time we were talking, laughing, and relaxing. My nails look just like I wanted--there was such attention to detail. I'll never go anywhere else, and I would recommend Bear Hug to anyone. Read Less

I went here this past weekend for my bachelorette party and was beyond pleased with everything. The staff was so accommodating and went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable, happy and well taken care of. This place was perfect for a manicure for myself and my daughter.  Easy to schedule the appointment online.  They were very nice when I had to call back to reschedule.  Good location, easy to find.  Nicole was so friendly and really took her time on both of us.  She was very patient with my daughter and worked yo make it very special.  We will definitely be going back. Oh..em..gee..This place is absolutely awesome..i had a mani/ pedi with Nicholle..which was my first visit there!! It is a beautiful and relaxing setting. So, of course i booked a massage with Patrick as well..which i just got done getting my massage!! I have to say again, absolutely awesome, i was soooo relaxed..not to mention the" BEST MASSAGE" i have had in a long time!! Patrick and Nicholle are soooo nice and make you feel soooo comfotable!!
