Ive been going here with a friend for 3 months giving them business. Then they started ripping us off. I got a pedicure done, left my purse next to the chair to go pick a color (shouldnt of left it). She stayed with my purse at the pedicure spot. I came back and it seemed moved but I didnt think anything of it. Just thought "I swore I didnt put my purse there". Went right home after to find out Im missing 50$ from my purse. I was the only client in there at the time too. I was told I cant prove it. Never AGAIN!!! I had one of the worst experiences here. The young man was about to go home so he was in a hurry and it showed. I got pinched with the clippers and the polish job was horrible. Smudges and not all the way to tip then had to wait to get them fixed and again got punched with clipper and still when I got home one still didn't have polish across the tip of nail. Will never go there again. Very poor pedicure I give this place a zero!!! Read Less

I got there and waited till they opened and was still there 2 hours.. no type of foot massage and the pedicure was not impressive.. My acrylics are way too thick and I can paint my own nails better.. and I was way over charged.. $90 for crap! Not going back Read Less

It was pretty late by the time i got there but all i wanted was a color change on my acrylics. This woman messed up my nails to the point of having to file them down to almost nothing. To top it off after leaving and getting back home i discover that she put the top coat of gel polish over the "nail dust" from her filing my nails. Maybe this lady was just lazy but i would never suggest anyone go to a place that is as tacky and trashy as this. Go find somewhere with more class. When i get home to NY i need to have my nails COMPLETELY redone. So dont go there. Read Less

Tammy is my nail tech and i freaking love her! She has never failed me! Always very detailed oriented which i love. Im pregnant too so i have my days where i dont know what i want and i never leave disappointed. She is a great person and i love going to this salon. I was going there for years , I would get so many compliments on my nails . Designs I asked for ? Perfect . I stopped going because there was a new guy & I when he did my pedicure he was extremely weird , asked me on a date , if I smoked pot & then kept asking me if it felt good . I started going to the steAm town mall & I'm extremely picky so I only let Danny do my nails . Friday morning I said Ima stop at pro nails for a fill and one nail fix , give them another shot . Firs...t one in and last one to leave , walked in at 10am and didn't leave until 12 ??? For a fill??? No design just 2 jewels on each hand . My nail polish was old . It's clumpy and globbed on . Time is money & NOBODY has 2hrs to get a fill ! When I started complaining out of four workers not one person asked me what was wrong when I went to pay I was charged 43 ? For what? A fill? I pay $30 anywhere else oh and a nail fix $3 so why was I charged a extra ten?? Word of mouth is important and making sure your customers are satisfied is also important. I just moved to Scranton and I wanted to try a nail salon near where i lived. I asked for my nails to be done a certain way they were not done that way it was a very poor job uh I was overcharged for just a basic acrylic set I then went back the next day get them fixed and I was told if I was at a store and did not like them this time today we're not going to fix some if I came back in and I had money the second day and was also charged for them to fix them so in all these nails the products not good the people have poor attitude and if you want know that I'm going to you know go with you for 2-3 weeks this is not the place to go.
