The nastiest people I ever DAMN met in my life!!! Just went there tonight and she didn't understand that I was asking for soap! She rudely waved me off then proceeded to follow behind me yelling at me because I called her ride like she absolutely was! And all of this in front of my kids! So when I agreed with her about my calling and her being rude she then told me to shut up! All while the owners just sat there!!! I paid $45 for tips and a gel manicure. He chose smaller sized tips and didn’t fully glue them on, botched the acrylic by making it uneven and too thick, missed parts of my nail when painting them, and the gel peeled off when I got home. He was probably rushing because of other customers, but that doesn’t mean that they should ruin my manicure. I now have to spend more money to get them done somewhere else. I had a mani pedi and what a waste of money. The pedicure was fine, but the manicure lacked. Also, the person doing my nails obviously doesn't want to work there, as evident by his bad attitude. Very disappointed with my experience here. It was my first time at this salon, and the workers were not friendly. I paid $40 for a "spa" pedicure, and it was not worth the money! They said it included a leg massage, but I never got one. She forgot to put a top coat on my nails, and because of this, my toe nails chipped 2 hours after the pedicure! The old man who did my daughter's pedicure, cut her toe and it would not stop bleeding. I had to take her to the medi center to be cleaned and she was put on an antibiotic! I will never go there again and would not recommend that place!! He was very rude and tried to force her to continue. They also still use the razor to remove skin! Two friends and I made an appt for manicures (one fill and gel, one gel only and one traditional manicure). We were all taken at different times and it ruined the "girls day" vibe we were hoping for. The tools are clean but the stations are very dated and need some serious deep cleaning. Same with the drying stations - they aren't all in working condition and the fans had a costing of dust.
