The more I went, the more rude the staff became. My nails were taken care of well at first, and again, the more I went, the more sloppily they were done. I didn’t request a shape change, but was given whatever the guy decided he wanted to do, and now they’re uneven. I’m going elsewhere, and would reccommend you do the same. Update: Went to PA Nails and it is so much better if you’re looking for friendly staff and to get exactly what you want done!

Paid $65 for a pedi and full set. A regular acrylic full set. never in my life of getting nails have i been charged $35 for a regular plain full set. 3 of my nails are crooked and the paint job is awful. Also brought my 3 year old for her first mini pedi and mani and they wanted no parts of her. They had no patience or interest. Not by any means kid friendly. We left there without her paint job and she was super sad. Ill never give them my business again.

Love it here! Everyone is so friendly all of the time! New powder system is beautiful and lasts a long time! Always feel welcome by everyone as soon as you walk in!

I just hope they think about somewhere to move because the way Steamtown is being run and the horrible parking, I'm so afraid they are going to lose customers who don't want the parking hassles! I certainly don't want to see that and i won't stop coming, but people are avoiding the "MarketPlace".

Poor service... was asked if I wanted the callus remover treatment, sounded wonderful at first until I realized she was in too big a rush and cut 6 layers of my skin off next to my big toe. Besides bl...
Poor service... was asked if I wanted the callus remover treatment, sounded wonderful at first until I realized she was in too big a rush and cut 6 layers of my skin off next to my big toe. Besides bleeding all over the place, treatment was never finished and still asked to pay full price with a throbbing still bleeding foot.... never going back and already warned fellow pedicure goers. Go somewhere else, you've been warned.

Walked in at 7:30pm. The man asked what I needed and I said I need a fill and polish. He said “I won’t have time for a fill, there’s still 2 people waiting”. It’s 7:30!!!!! They close at 9pm. Awful costumer service, didn’t even say sorry for the inconvenience or anything. Needless to say they lost a very loyal costumer that tips very well, too.

Got. My nails done she and trimmed the nails to the point to cut the sking and made me bleed. When I told her to be careful she was even more rough and started blabling so loud in Philippine. Also why cut the side of the nail??looks so unnatural. I don't recommend this spot

I have been here several times for different things and so far the experiences have been satisfactory. Their pedicures are great for the price - a basic manicure and pedicure runs about $35 plus tip. A basic gel manicure is $30. The quality of your nails does vary slightly based on which technician you have.

Horrible. Had my nails done and eyebrows waxed. Three of my nails lifted by the next day, and I had little bubbles on my eyebrow. It looked like they burnt my eyebrow. I will NEVER go back.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! $$. paid for callus remover treatment with pedicure- lady did a once over on my heel with scrub brush ignored my toes. Didnt trim my nails at all. Even when i voiced i wanted them shorter. Didnt second coat polish so it came off in 3 days and didnt even fully paint the pinky toes. Sloppy service. Then hovered over me when signing my bill to see what id tip! Do not go here

I got a gel manicure and the lady was incredibly rude. Even my ever- tolerant boyfriend, commented on her rudeness. And the manicure that was supposed to last 2 weeks first began chipping after 6 days...

Had a day off during camp training, and needed some wax love. My eyebrows had turned into a uni-brow and I was at whits end. As I was walking the mall, I noticed this nail salon. I noticed they offer waxing, so I figured why the heck not. Man, she was rough. Granted, my eyebrows were now 2 instead of 1, then I remembered beauty is pain or pain is beauty or whatever the saying is (guess jokes don't transfer via net).Nonetheless, I was impressed. If I am in the area, I will check them out.

The more I went, the more rude the staff became. My nails were taken care of well at first, and again, the more I went, the more sloppily they were done. I didn’t request a shape change, but was given whatever the guy decided he wanted to do, and now they’re uneven. I’m going elsewhere, and would reccommend you do the same. Update: Went to PA Nails and it is so much better if you’re looking for friendly staff and to get exactly what you want done!

A regular acrylic full set. never in my life of getting nails have i been charged $35 for a regular plain full set. 3 of my nails are crooked and the paint job is awful. Also brought my 3 year old for her first mini pedi and mani and they wanted no parts of her. They had no patience or interest. Not by any means kid friendly. We left there without her paint job and she was super sad. Ill never give them my business again.
