Gel manicure is still intact perfectly after 2 weeks. No chipping. I wash my hands all day at my job and besides looking a bit grown out, they are fine. I happen to have zero wait time on a Friday afternoon and the woman who did my nails was very friendly. Prices in my opinion are good and I have no complaints.

Horrible customer service. I made an appointment at 4 and waited over half an hour despite calling ahead. They didn’t even acknowledge the fact that they may be running behind schedule.

I had two horrible experiences here, I had better expectations for a "5 star review". The first time I went I had a gel manicure done and there were bubbles on all of my fingers and my one finger chipped the same day, I've never had a gel manicure chip within a week let alone a day. So I returned two days later after I called to inform them that I was not satisfied so my nails could be fixed only for some of my 'fixed' nails to turn out crooked. Not worth the time that it took or the money that was spent. If I could give a 0 star review I would have.

This is the worst salon I have been too. The customer service is horrible and very rude. I went back to the shop the day after because they had messed up my nails and tried to make me pay the full amount again. The owner Tom and Katy were speaking so nasty to me by yelling and telling me that " I don't listen " do not come here. Service and hygiene are horrible. The bathrooms are gross and smell like fish from food. Very unprofessional business.

Don't ever go there!! They are rude and inconsiderate. I called on my lunch hour to make sure they weren't busy and they could get me right in. They said to come on in. I waited 35 minutes before I left WITHOUT my nails done!! I tried again the next day and the same thing happened!! Not only did they not apologize but they were rude.

Gel manicure is still intact perfectly after 2 weeks. No chipping. I wash my hands all day at my job and besides looking a bit grown out, they are fine. I happen to have zero wait time on a Friday afternoon and the woman who did my nails was very friendly. Prices in my opinion are good and I have no complaints.
