Guy who did my pedicure could have been a bit more gentle!  Geez, I think he took a few layers of skin off my feet.  I also have nail polish splatters on my feet.  While getting my pedi, I noticed that the place is not very clean and the are using some nasty looking files, etc.  They did NOT clean the station after doing my pedi...I watched while I was under the foot dryer.  I definitely would not return here.....scary! It was uncomfortable for me going into a nail salon to get a pedicure, but i was greeted and attended to right away... i was treated fine and the pedicure was great so i got up the nerve to go back and get my nails done and i was so happy with that, that i now go back regularly. I've been in there getting my nails done by a gentleman who had obviously a sore back, but he kept at my nails working around his own discomfort pleasing his customer... me. I have had to sit for a short while until a chair was available or an employee was free to get me started, but NOT an hour. No issues here... my nails.. feet n fingers are better looking now since going here than they ever have been... Thank you to all of you for that! Stopped in several times to have nails done. Always understaffed. Have one person working. I've sat for an hour on theee different occasions and have just got up and left. Don't waste your time! Go somewhere else! Go to Solar Nails on Gordon Nagle Trail... they have excellent service and are very kind! Read Less

Had some cancellations at work and had some time to kill.  and was told to go here. Wanted to get Mani/pedi. Started with pedicure. Not the main problem, but the chairs have no cup holders, so I was holding my drink the whole time. The bigger issues was the pedicure itself. She used a cuticle scissors to cut my nails! She hurt me a few times but no blood. Then she starts cutting the actual cuticles. She cut so deep on my left big toe that it wouldn't stop bleeding. She finally got it to stop and finished pedicure. It is now throbbing and hurts. I decided to opt out if manicure and get the hell out Of there. I have never ever experienced anything so awful. An hour later and my toe is killing me. I hope I don't get some sort of infection. I am very pissed off. I paid the 25 but I should not have paid a thing! Stay away. Read Less

I will NEVER go to this nail salon again. I asked for my nails to be short because I work with children. They cut them so short, I could see the tip of my finger over my nail. When I asked for them to be fixed, I got yelled and told I had to pay more money, and the guy called me rude. I have never been treated so bad in my life. Do not go here. I was pleasantly surprised when my mom and I walked in for a mani and pedi. I was not expecting too much since I was in Schuylkill Haven, PA but my mom and I got one of the best pedi and mani's we have had in awhile.  TJ nails is the best nail salon in the area.
