The service here was absolutely terrible. The woman was so rough on my nails and made My cuticles bleed she would push my hand out of her way and rush to get them painted. My nail broke the very next day after paying $45 ! And they refused to fix it for free and or give me my money back it was absolutely horrible. I have never been rushed while paying for a service. Just okay. The man who did my nails was nice and talked to me while doing them, however they weren’t done very well. They aren’t very close to my cuticles and after a few days it looks like the top coat is turning yellow! They also let me and my friend sit with our nails half way done to go work on someone else. I'm not sure about the bad reviews, but Chris and Theresa have always taken care of me and the people I refer to them. I've been getting my nails done for years by them and am completely satisfied. They are always able to accommodate me. The salon is always clean. Best of all is the service. You can't beat it. Read Less

I travel from DE to get my Mani/pedi done here every month! Very friendly and always do an amazing job. A hot stone massage comes with your regular pedicure and you get a shoulder massage while your nails are drying! They are amazing! Read Less

Wonderful gel manicure. I recently went to a salon that applied acrylics and gel way too thick, and eden nails completely fixed and cleaned them up for me. The staff is very friendly and talkative. My only complaint is a slight space of nail was left between the cuticle and the polish.Overall I will be making this place my go-to salon. Note that tips must be paid in cash. Read Less

I've tried this place twice now because it's close to where I work out.  The first time I had the older man give me a pedicure, it was horrible.  The girl doing my nails fixed it so I let it go.  My daughter and I tried again this past weekend and this time my daughter had him for her manicure....it was bad.  He probably should not be working on customers.  My manicure was fine although I'm only on day 2 and it's starting to chip.  It's a shame because the inside is clean and the staff is friendly but I probably will not return. Eden is wonderful! I am picky about the cleanliness and smell of nail salons. Eden is always clean and well maintained. Chris and Theresa are excellent as are the other nail techs who I have gone to on occasion when I didn't make an appointment. Also, appointment times are met which isn't always the case at other nail salons. Lastly, as a regular customer I made appointments for around 10 people for my wedding. The appointments ranged from refills, manis, pedis, wax and a combination of treatments. We were even allowed to bring in our own beverages and snacks and set it up on one of the side tables. My Maid of honor brought hot pink champagne glasses to drink out of and it was adorable and a great time! We were taking pictures and talking and the Eden staff was so happy to have us! "Oh sorry, there's an ATM at the liquor store next door". Why do I pay a surcharge when I am planning to tip? Place was dead at 4pm Wed, but the service was slow. I wanted mani/pedi and wax but after 1.5 hr to get just the mani & pedi for $55, I had to storm out... with a halt to find out they accept cc but CASH ONLY TIPS!! Who does that!!??Poor management! I'm not entirely sure why you would say you are open until 7pm and then give me an attitude during my visit.  I walked in at 10 of 6.  You rushed me through my services.  During that time I had to listen to vacuums all around me.  Perhaps I wouldn't have been so unhappy with my visit but then you were hurting me as you rushed to finish.  I had to have my pedicure done while you were doing my nails.  After I repeatedly said I would come back a other day for my nails.   Both services were rushed and not done properly.  I will never return to this nail salon or recommend it to anyone Read Less

I came here on a rainy afternoon during the week, and there was no wait. I was immediately impressed by the salon, it is very tastefully decorated, not overdone. Most importantly, it was spotlessly clean! All of the tools they used in my manicure/pedicure were sterilized, opening the packs right in front of me. Both the manicure and pedicure were wonderful--hot stone massage for feet and calves, lovely warming mitts for your hands, a warm bean neck pillow and massage. It was amazing. My hands and feet are still looking beautiful, almost a week later (I am very hard on my hands, and this is the longest I've gone without my nails chipping!) The value for the price cannot be beat. One of the most clean and friendly nail salons I have been to in a long time! All of the ladies were extremely nice to us from the moment we walked in the door. Service was speedy, yet efficient. I was impressed with how clean the salon was. I loved (even more) that the place did not smell like your run of the mill nail salon. I will continue to drive thirty minutes out of my way to have my nails done here!! Also note, this was one of the longest lasting gel manicures I've had in a long time! Read Less
