Omg this place is a rip off! I've been here several times and had good experiences. I went in today to get brows and gel pedicure done. While there I wanted a refill. They wanted to rip all my nails off and put a new set on because it wasn't done by them. First they said $55 then they said price listed on their pamphlet went up and that it would cost me $75. I ask them to just buy the polish and I would go elsewhere. Not paying $75 for a set. Then they said they couldn't sell the gel polish. Then the owner said she would sell me the used one for $20. Awful nail salon! After waiting for nearly 30 min, I am told there is an hour wait as the unprofessional woman laughed. This place isn't worth waiting an hour. No one advised of the wait time and they continued to take people in random order. I will never come back here and would caution people on getting nails done here. My manicures usually chip within a few days and the pedicures are ok, definitely not worth the price. You are better off finding another, more professional salon. Read Less

I went there before my wedding day(May 21, 2016), not able to go anywhere else due to traveling  out of state. The lady at the front was very sweet and welcoming , but the nail technician who did my nails rushed me and did not do them well. I wanted a simple french mani and pedi and had a picture of the shape with a simple jeweled design.  I don't get my nails done often and when I asked what she suggested for length, she told me a acrylic and gel, because I would not be able to afford silk nails. She was very rude and made me pay before my service was completed. All the other women payed for their service after as intended.  I felt so upset and my nails looked horrible before my wedding day. I payed about $100 for horrible service and even tipped her well thinking my nails would have been finished better and the only thing she did was talk to me and showed me her child to try and connect with me after I payed. l've worked in service for years and this is not how you treat a person.  When I got back to my hotel, my bridesmaids even said she did a horrible job and I should have gone back. This place was great. I go to another place locally but they don't have many OPI colors. This place had every OPI nail polish you could think of. They were clean, nice, and fast! I was in and out for a gel manicure/pedicure in an hour. Which I love because I love getting my nails done but I hate sitting there for hours while they do them. I have never had a bad experience here. I have been coming for 6+months , every 2-3 weeks and have had multiple nail techs ; they have been polite and, more importantly, have done quality work, while checking to make sure I liked the results. I have read some other reviews about cost and was a little shocked. This is by no means a pricey salon. Read Less

I made an appointment the night before and I can on time the next day. There was a customer at the register and I assumed I'd get called when someone would become available. I sat there for 10 minutes waiting. The lady at the register kept looking at me and talked about me with some other worker. I finally stood up and asked when someone will become available. Service itself was nice, but not until I had to pay. $81 for a gel mani pedi!? I even asked the lady on the phone the night before for the price and it wasn't nearly as much as $81! The "design" wasn't even that dramatic. It was white and two nails on each hand had one black line, that's it. I was alone and only brought $45 with me, so I called my mom to pick me up and bring extra money. As I waited, I kept getting stink eyes from all the employees and got scolded when my mom came in (not that I would blame her). Never again. I went there out of desperation on my lunch break one day and I that's what I get for cheating on my normal place.  I walked in and got the dirtiest looks from all of the regular snobs that go there every week.  But again, out of desperation I stayed.  I needed a full set and my eye brows done.  The full set was less than impressive.  She caused me so much pain!  my fingers hurt so badly and the french manicure was not even whatsoever.  oh-  and it was 36$!Then the eyebrows-  it didnt even look like anything was done.  I really wasnt impressed. Their only saving grace is that they are huge so youll never have to wait very long, if at all.  Oh and then when I gave her a 5$ tip, which I thought was plenty for the service I got, she rolled her eyes and walked away.  No thank you or anything! I had been going to Hannah Nails for years, and I was treated like garbage. I have acrylic nails and I was barely getting one week out of them. The owner's husband told me I had bad nails for acrylics and that's why they didn't look good. I was fed up, I went to Happy Nails and they welcomed me in and were so nice! I told her my experience and she was shocked. She sculpted each of my nails perfectly and then painted them with the most beautiful design I've ever had! I nearly cried walking out of there yesterday. I was treated so horribly by the nail tech named YOUNG. She was slopping her gum, had a big attitude from the very start. I tried to lighten her up w. Nice comments but responded to none. i asked her to make my nails shorter since she ddnt listen to me the first time when I said I dont want them long, she huffed and cut them too short she kept burning me with the file machine and she didnt carry my stuff to the dryer machine and she laughed at me! Towards the end she faked being nice because a customer sat next to us. When it was time to pay she asked for her tip! Its the next day and i still cannot believe what a bad experience i had. This place is always super busy...even on weekdays!I came here on a rainy Saturday thinking there would be less people but not so much. Luckily, I got seated within a few minutes after picking my color. Mani first. And then halfway through, the lady says Station 5.So another lady starts on my pedi. My manicurist finished my manicure while I was in the massage chair but it felt rushed. Pedicurist was amazing. My toes still look beautiful! Good price, fast service.
