Pedicures are awful. Overall unprofessional. They set a timer, rush through the process, and are careless. Depending on who does your nails depends on if they come out good or not. Spectacular salaon! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I have had numerous services done here (manicures, pedicures, waxing, massage) and I have never left dissappointed! I would not want to go anywhere else as they are all fantastic and make you feel amazing from the moment you walk in up to when you walk out. love this place! have been coming here on and off for a few years, but since moving to the area this is by far the best nail salon ive been to. the staff are always friendly and are very skilled at their craft, as well as always pleasantly great you when you walk in the door. the facility is always clean, and their equipment is up to date. This was my third and last time using Trudy's nails. They do not do a good job, and they are dirty! The first time I went was with two other people. All three of us got manis and pedis. None of them lasted and they actually gouged the one person's nails. My second visit was for a wax. There were many spots missed. I decided to give them one last chance for a mani. I didn't notice until it was too late that the instruments they were using had not been cleaned, nor were they put in any disinfectant or cleaned before being put back into the container for the next person! First of all let me say how much I LOVE this nail salon. Trudy and Tommy are great and I never leave unsatisfied! Tonight I did the dipping powder instead of my normal gel polish and acrylics and I absolutely love them! It is better than I could have imagined... I will definitely be doing this from now on! I wouldn't recommend going here. Their "spa" pedicures are $50! I get the same service other places for $30. I asked for coffin shaped nails. Some are coffin and some are not. Also, she didn't chose the right size when gluing the fake nails on so they are digging into the side of my fingers. While I waited to have my nails done they gave me what I thought was a complimentary massage. Well the owner tried to charge me $10 for it. I said absolutely not. I only went here because my normal lady was booked and I'll never go again. Paid $120for services I get better for under $100 elsewhere. Read Less

The staff is nice but either slow or they rush you.  Not the cleanest of places, needs to get rid of the nasty fish tank and clean up a bit. Hate sitting there while their kids bug me or run around. I mean I am going for peace and relaxation while I get my nails done. Also if Trudy's husband does your gels be careful he makes them entirely too thick and Trudy can do some good designs but I went there for xmas and was very disappointed. I used to come here all the time. They always did a good job, but took so long. Like it would take two hours for an acrylic set, and if I can get just as good service in half the time I will... but if you don't mind that, they do a good job. Every time I've gone there I'm the only customer there. Usually half of the salon is dark. I believe it's ran by a family, but the family members are always running in and out of the salon, their children too. I don't really mind except I feel like I'm in their house rather than a salon. I mean the salon is large and clean. They don't have much of a color selection though... Read Less
