I looked forward to going here since it had such high reviews. I was let down though. I had a 1:30 apt and got there at 1:15. I did not get service until about 1:50. I had 3 different people work on my nails. They would stop with one customer and come to me for a few minutes then back to the other. I was told gel fills start at $22. Best Nail Salon in Berks County- PERIOD!!!! My nails look like a picture straight out of a magazine- they have such a perfect coffin shape and a beautiful matte finish. Vuong took such good care of me and exceeded my expectations. I’ve been going to another nail salon for so long and got so tired of my nails chipping weeks before I was due back for a refill (literally weeks- my nails would chip within days of getting them done). Today was my first time at Tonya’s after hearing my friend rave about the salon on Facebook. And I will NEVER go to another salon again. My nails are thin and natural. No weird divots, no unevenness. My coffin shape is beautiful and the polish is even and opaque. And the service was so fast! They didn’t dilly dally filing my polish off, and they shaped my nails accurately and quickly. I’m picky with my nails and this place is great! Everyone is so good at shaping coffin nails so they’re not too narrow or too square. They’re also great at shaping square nails so they look more natural. They’re pretty quick and very friendly. Also, great location! Read Less

It is the first local salon that has me geetting my nails done consistently. They use great quality products that last for weeks. I've been coming to Tonyas for about a year and a half almost and I'll never go anywhere else. It's five minutes away from my house, so very convenient, and is always friendly and fast paced. Von is such a trip. Always have funny conversations. I'd say their the best nail salon around. Love my nails every time I go. First time visiting Tonya's Nails & I will def go again. The acrylic nails they did are super thin & natural looking. The atmosphere was laid back & comfortable & everyone was really nice. Also, I was extremely impressed by the woman who painted the design on my nails. She looked at a picture from my phone twice & just did it... She is patient & extremely good at what she does. The only suggestions I have are to hire someone who can do 3d designs bc I like them & to start doing the hot towels and hand message with lotion after someone gets their nails done. I've been going to Tonya's since I was 16 years old and I will never go anywhere else. The owner Vuong is always so attentive and nice. His staff is very friendly and gentle. Estimated time is always pretty accurate and they get you in and out in an timely fashion. Not rushing but long enough for you to relax while you are there. This is a place for true pampering. These people always working on bringing us the customer new services. I love their Nu-Pedi that just started. This pedicure experiment I never got at any nail salons that I been before. Their Nu product is work inside and under my skin, and the smoothness is lasted until 2 days later for me.
