I been down on my luck and for a couple months now been sleeping in my car behind his.."Nam" business. The other day gave me $20. And some kind words. He told me he been there . I was very surprised and humbled by his kindlness. The other day he gave me something to eat and drink. He truly is much more then a business owner...he has a Big Heart. And I am very thankful. I first came here because I had a gift card for my birthday. They are pretty busy after work (around 5pm) but even then, it never took longer than 1.5 hour. I started going during lunch and I am in and out in 45 minutes. Staff is friendly and they remember faces. Read Less

I DO NOT recommend going here. i’ve been going for the past year or so to get my acrylics done here for the cheap prices. The only thing that kept me coming back was the prices and the decent nail job. The people except one or two are not nice at all. they are very unfriendly. The last time i got acrylics, they looked nice. i went for a refill two weeks later and 3 days after i got a refill, my nail completely cracked in half horizontally on the day of homecoming. granted i did go back and get it redone for free, but i had to completely remove all the nails after only a week of having them because they were all cracking off. it was a horrible job done on my nails and i am very disappointed. oh and their prices for acrylics went up and are now $24. Save your money the prices are cheap because the work is absolute poop. This was just about the worse experience I've ever had at a nail salon. It's sad because the staff isn't bad at all, the quality of their work is. They didn't put a top gel coat over my toes, the designs look like an 8 year old did it. Me and my friend got a mani and pedi they had like 3 or 4 different workers doing out nails at the Same time. I DO NOT recommend this place... I had a stroke a few months back so I have limited movement of my left hand and still walk with a cane... I went to spa nails for a full set and a pedi ( the first one since my stroke)and I was made to feel as though I was from another planet. They kept trying to talk me out of the full set even though I explained that I could move my hand. I guess that's what would've been easier for them. It was the worst I have been made to feel since leaving rehab. I wouldn't wish that on anyone... They are also very short staffed and take care of more then one person at time which takes forever... Definitely not the best place in the area, although it is reasonably priced. It took over an hour to complete my regular pedicure. They were not staffed enough to accomodate for the walk-in clientel. They did a rush job on the polish to get to another customer.Read Less

Would give 0 stars if possible!!Based on the good reviews, I gave this na salon a try. Upon entering 4 people came and asked me questions- "did you have an appointment?" "What are you getting done?"...ect. Don't count on really understanding anything else they say here. I spent 5 minutes trying to understand what the woman was telling me. They treat customers like dogs. Order them to do things by nudging them- not nicely telling them. I sat in my massage chair and the male started my pedicure. I told him- "please do not cut my big toenails as i constantly get ingrown toenails from them being done at a nail salon". He gives me some trouble and then agrees. When he wants my foot up or down he grabs it or pushes it in a rough manner. He clips all my other nails and then says "clip the big one too? They need it" and i tell him no, because they always get infected. He then files the other toes and constantly goes back to the big toe and looks frustrated- and starts to clip it! I tell him that i dont want that and he continues to!!! He understood me fine. The woman yells at him to stop because I am starting to bleed and I am in a lot of pain. then he laughs when I tell him i am in pain. The woman comes and brings a bowl full of water and has my hands soak in to start my manicure- while im still getting my pedicure done. This shows me she is in a rush- its not relaxing one bit. She grabs my hands, and my purse, takes my phone from my hand and sets my hands in the bowl. No words came out of her mouth. She does all of my nails while Im getting my pedicure done and makes grunting noise and gets frustrated at me because she says "hands too heavy, i need help" for her to hold up and paint. I tell her maybe she should wait to paint them at a table like she should, and she shakes her head and tells me no. Then she starts painting on my finger, NOT MY NAIL and i tell her, and she says "its clean fine" and I tell her to please fix it. "Its clean, no" she says and i tell her if im paying money for this its needs to look good. She cleans it up. The tools they use- they don't clean before using on another person. I had to stop them from using the thing for your bottom of feet because i saw them place it on two people one after another with no cleaning. Also during my time there, woman came in screaming saying they sold her an acrylic nail polish for $70 when it should have been $20 and they wouldn't give her her money back. This was my first time at Spa Nails and I was pleasantly surprised. Their prices were considerably less expensive then other nearby competitors. The service was great - Alyssa was friendly and professional! She made sure my Mani-pedi was perfect! I will definitely be back! Read Less
