If I couls give zero stars I would.. twice they messed my natural nails up and yet I gave the benoben of the doubt ... They aren't professional, they don't take their time, and they won't acknowledge ...
If I couls give zero stars I would.. twice they messed my natural nails up and yet I gave the benoben of the doubt ... They aren't professional, they don't take their time, and they won't acknowledge when they make a mistake.. my nail broke (2of them less than a week of me getting them done) so I go into have someone fix them and man did I get an attitude.. they wouldn't help me find the correct color nor did the lady doing my nails take her time. THREE times I had to ask her to stop filing the too too of my nail.. where the nail broke off at and she kept doing it. I asked her to make my nails even, my natural nails are long.. she could have added a tip or used acrilic, instead she kept them super short, a wrong color and tried to send me on my way.. when I told her that this wasn't what I wanted EVEN though I was telling her the whole time she appeared to have an attitude. So unfortunately for me mid sanding I walked out.. I was 10 seconds from loosing my cool.. I was so livid that instead of getting my nails fixed for free from the place that originally did them, that I'm going to find a new salon and pay full price for a new dip session.. I will never go back and honestly I'd advise you reading this didn't either.

This is THE BEST place to go to get a mani/pedi! This place is so clean and they do a great job. It’s on the pricey side, yes, but I’ve been everywhere in the area and all the other places are so dirty! You get what you pay for. Worth the extra money if you’re looking for a clean atmosphere that gives great foot massages and mani/pedi’s!! Also, each time you get a service done, it earns you points for a free massage! That’s always a nice perk! Considering the other nail salons, I can’t understand how this place gets any bad reviews? The staff is really friendly also and the atmosphere is extremely relaxing! Look no further, and seriously don’t go anywhere else, it’s best in town, especially for clean hygiene!

I went here because it was right next to AT&T and was in major need of a pedicure. It looks super fancy. Staff is rude the woman who did my pedicure was rough with my feet. She did an ENTIRE pedicure in 20 minutes, with one coat of polish. And told me someone would be over to do my massage (which was a lot of weird head tapping/ear pulling?). I left with smudged polish on my big toe and dead skin still on the bottoms of my feet. I paid $45. I will definitely never pay for a service at this place again and will be returning to my normal nail salon tomorrow for a proper pedicure.

Omg what a Treat this was :) First off I got a pedi "happy feet" I think was the name ! So the lady did a really good job and then all of a sudden this man shows up once she was done and he starts massaging my neck my shoulder my arms my hands my legs ! I wanted to die I was in Heaven ! Then I went to get my nails done and I'm very skeptical about getting nails other than with my person back at home but the lady (I can't remember her name) did such a great job! She did short, coffin and they were so thin and straight ! I was so happy can't wait to experience happy feet a few more times before returning home to CA

Stopped in last minute to get a gel manicure. The tech did not shape my nails- currently some are square some are rounded, some are even both. The tech forgot to put the top coat of gel on and started with lotion, realized the top coat wasn’t on, and put the top coat over the lotion without wiping it off. This wasn’t an issue to me- everyone makes mistakes. The issue was the next morning, less than 24 hours later, the gel on every nail on my left hand was bubbling and peeling... leaving wet gel polish all over my hands. I immediately had to cancel my plans and go back. A different nail tech redid only my left hand and said the gel wasn’t dry under the top coat. Both times the top coat didn’t even cover all of the color layers, you can see this in the second photo in the comments. Now, 1 week later my gel on the same hand are peeling off again! The base coat is staying on but the 2 layers of color and top coat are all coming off. The right hand has begun to do the same thing. (Pictures below) Needless to say I will not be going back and absolutely do not think this was worth 30 where as I usually pay less and have much better results elsewhere. See More

Worse set of nails i have ever had. I am visiting from out of town. Not sure if this is normal in Pennsylvania but to pay 55$ for a full set but that seems crazy to me. Not only that my nails are not even and they have indents and bumps on almost every nail. I got pink and white dip and i feel like after she did the last dip she just lightly filed over the nails before putting the final clear coat on them. Which would explain the dents and bumps. I personally will never return to this salon when visiting in the future.

Been going there for the past 3 years and always got the Happy Feet Pedicure. I always enjoyed the service and they were always very friendly, today I had the WORST service I ever had In there. Unless things change with some of their techs, I won't go back. Very disappointed that I spent that money today or horrible service!

I love this place. I've been to several on the area and the price all seem about the same. This place doesn't have the massage chairs. Which honestly I'm torn about sincei like the massage but some chairs it hurts. So the human massage is much more relaxing. I had a Mani and a pedi done. I'm not much a chit chatter when I'm at a spa (unless with friends and that is very unlike me when not at a spa) so I like not having to make idle chatter. This place is clean. I watched them clean everything after someone was done with a pedi. They also sterilize everything. I watched them open a pack of the clippers that were sealed. The chairs are comfy, the music is relaxing and the lights low make for a pleasant two hours. I wasn't rushed to leave once done.

I really enjoyed my experience there! I got a basic manicure and pedicure. It's super nice on the inside! A very nice ambiance. My nails look great. I'll definitely be back!

My daughter and I were looking for a place to get our nails done and eyebrows waxed. We were leaving Dick's Sporting Goods and looked around and noticed LA Nails and Spa. We are so glad we did! The girls asked if we wanted to try the powder. We had no idea what it was, but we figured, why not? We loved it! The process takes half the time and the end result is excellent. The salon is beautiful and the people are very nice. We will definitely be back!

Stopped in last minute to have a pink and white refill done, they paired me with a tech by the name of Bin I will never again get my nails done here. This gentleman never said a word to me while I was there and he managed to cut 2 of my fingers while I was there. Was never apologetic after I pointed out to him what he did he just kept going.

I went in at the last minute today a little frustrated because I could not get through to make an appointment and get the 50% off promotion. When I explained this to the gentleman at the front desk he was gracious enough to give me the discount anyway and immediately paired me with Alina to get my manicure done. She did an amazing job! She was friendly she was professional and she did it exactly the way I wanted it done. This is actually the best manicure I think I've ever had! I will be back!

I'm visiting from out of state and wanted to get my nails done, this place charges almost double for what I would pay for a full set back home. After I declined the pink and white set and a pedicure the nail tech didn't speak to me while I was getting my nails done, she cut my skin with the drill a few times and then put a glitter polish on my nails without asking. She rushed through doing my nails so I hope they hold up okay but I wouldn't come here again.

If I couls give zero stars I would.. twice they messed my natural nails up and yet I gave the benoben of the doubt ... They aren't professional, they don't take their time, and they won't acknowledge when they make a mistake.. my nail broke (2of them less than a week of me getting them done) so I go into have someone fix them and man did I get an attitude.. they wouldn't help me find the correct color nor did the lady doing my nails take her time. This is THE BEST place to go to get a mani/pedi! This place is so clean and they do a great job. It’s on the pricey side, yes, but I’ve been everywhere in the area and all the other places are so dirty! You get what you pay for. Not only that my nails are not even and they have indents and bumps on almost every nail. I love this place. I've been to several on the area and the price all seem about the same. This place doesn't have the massage chairs. Which honestly I'm torn about sincei like the massage but some chairs it hurts. So the human massage is much more relaxing. I had a Mani and a pedi done. I'm not much a chit chatter when I'm at a spa (unless with friends and that is very unlike me when not at a spa) so I like not having to make idle chatter. This place is clean. I watched them clean everything after someone was done with a pedi. They also sterilize everything. I watched them open a pack of the clippers that were sealed. The chairs are comfy, the music is relaxing and the lights low make for a pleasant two hours. I wasn't rushed to leave once done.
