Worst place ever, bad costumer service, she left to pick up her daughter to school living me with the half job done , went she came back try just to do gel because she said she have no more time for me lol , but I told her the I want acrylic too , she say I don't have time for it I have to get my next costumer lol if you wait after my next appt I can do what you want ..... Crazy she use my time of my appt for pick up her daughter but she can't finish my nail how I ask for .. I left I pay just pedicure and she mad because I don't pay for (manicure that I don't ask for the she only cut my nail lol ) crazy. Read Less

Tina is a sweet heart but I gave 1 star because of her husband he is so rude the way he talks to people is appalling he chaine smokes cigarettes, it took forever for him to finish my nails because he keept taking smoke brakes. His attitude is horrible. So if you come hear make sure you get Tina she's a sweetheart. Read Less

We had a really great experience with Diamond Nail Salon! We made an appointment for a wedding party (11 girls), and we got a text from Tina the day before to confirm. When we arrived, a lot of the girls had decided that they wanted a mani/pedi instead of just a mani, or that they decided on a pedi instead of a many. And they were very flexible and allowed us to make those changes! They did a great job, and they finished all of the appointments in record time! Based on all the great reviews I decided to give this nail salon a try. My 1st time experience earned this place 2-2 1/2 stars simply because the place did not appear very clean and organized. There were about 4 kids including what I'm assuming the owners child in the salon so it took away from what I always take as a tranquil pampering moment. Customer were complaining about them not keeping up with their actual appointments. the gentlemen that did my nails was ok but the shaping of my nails were not the greatest. I will not be back here! Diamond Nails is such a clean and friendly salon with the amenities and looks of a higher end salon, but without the high prices! I have been going to Chris for years and she does the best pedicures I've ever found in Reading AND Philly. For $25, you get to soak your feet, get the whole works, along with a minty foot mask and an amazing massage at the end! This is followed up with a perfect polish job that lasts weeks. I have previously tried acrylic nails and gel nails, but found the maintenance too much for my lifestyle. I prefer to stick to a manicured set of hands - you get to choose from the basic one for $12 or the spa mani for $15. Get both the mani & pedi for only $35! I also get my brows done there too, they definitely do a great job and don't make them too thin. There's cheaper salons in the area but those try to get you in and out as fast as possible... not here - they take their time and actually get to know each of their clients by name. The only drawback is that it is cash only, but I always come prepared. I also usually call ahead right before I want to come, to make sure they aren't too busy since I am bad at keeping appointments.
