I had gotten acrylic nails put on at this location a few months ago, had them filled a few times and decided to get them removed. What an awful experience! The woman literally dug into my nail bed, caused it to bleed, and I was in agony for a few weeks. She obviously knew I was in pain but instead of just leaving it alone, she continued to scrape at it. My nails weren’t soaked for more than 5 minutes but she still decided to remove them. Worst pain ever! The so called “owner” or “manager” looked at them and wasn’t so pleased to see the majority of the glue still intact. He yelled at her afterwards and she continued to remove it so my natural nails looked at the least, descent. Not to mention the 2 or 3 times I had gotten them filled, I had an alright experience. There are so many other nail salons in my area and I won’t hesitate to go somewhere else. The staff isn’t too friendly either. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Read Less

Some people should understand that if they don’t want to wait long, they shouldn’t have come on days where there’s a lot of customers or a decent amount. People should understand that the employees who jump around to different customers are quickly trying to finish up the customers so they wouldn’t have to wait long.One customer waiting and the employee started on them but went to another customer for what? To finish them up so they could go, then will catch up back with u later or at least get someone else to finish you up. I disagree with people who say they wait for hours,they are lying. Usally on busy days, the maximum wait for a pedicure or manicure is an hour, and if you can’t wait and saw that they are busy, go somewhere else this is not a place for you to take advantage of the nail salon in a busy day and them quickly trying to finish up the customers, then go post a bad review if they didn’t do a good job. If you are a newcomer to the nail salon and got a pedicure for men but wanted a top coat you should’ve asked, not all men wanted clear top coats on their nails after the pedicure unless they ask for it and they usually offer men but the men prefer not. If you wanted a clear top coat tell them in the beginning. If they cut ur nails and it hurt you should tell them and you should tell them that ur skin is attached near the nail so don’t cut it too short they might cut your skin without realizing. The prices are not too expensive and not too cheap unlike other nail salons, other nail salons have it cheap depending on where the location of the salon is. Anna nails price is decent because the salon location is in the plaza. If you don’t like the price, you should’ve asked beforehand and if you don’t like the price go somewhere else. The starbucks cup and the spillage of the liquid is the customer’s fault they should know to take care of themselves and throw it themselves unless they ask the employee’s then they will throw it away but other than that, the employees won’t know if the customers are finished with it or not and just leave it there for the employee clean it up instead they can throw it themselves. The dirty towels are not meant to be left there, they are meant to be cleaned up later when the employee is finished with his/ her work with the customers. Usually on busy you will see those dirty towels there but it will be cleaned up right after the employee is finished with the customers.For people who get their eyebrows done, they should go check a dermatologist and ask about their skin condition and if it is good for waxing before they go get it done, don’t come into the nail salon not knowing ur skin condition for waxing and then complain when something like that happens. Before the employees put wax on your skin ask them to Blow it and make sure it is good to put on the skin and not too hot. Read Less

I have been a customer for several years. No problems until recently. I have noticed that the manicurists are rushing thru a manicure. The male owner told me with pride that they do gel manicures in half the time of anywhere else. I don't think I would brag about that. My nails have looked awful, chipping, nail polish wearing in less than a week and using old nail polish. I was there a few weeks ago to get a mani/pedi. The girl who did my pedi cut two of my toes, one of which was bleeding so bad she couldn't stop it and it bled all over the footbed of my sandal. It hurt so bad. It bled on and off the rest of the day. It has been very painful to this day and still has a scab on it. I will not go back. Do yourself a favor and DONT go there. Their work is so poor. Read Less

If I could give this place zero stars I would! The woman who did my pedicure didn't even do my nails. She started working on someone else so I sat and waited for almost an hour before someone came over to me. THEN, the woman who did my pedicure started the girls nails who came in AFTER ME. Someone eventually started on my refill but got up every ten minutes to work on 3 other people. To say she did a half assed job is an understatement. I am astounded at how they care less about customer service. She also didn't know what I meant when I asked her to clean under my nails... are you kidding me? Last but certainly not least, they tried to scam me at the end and charge me more money for their crappy service. It's a good thing I said something because they would've charge my credit card way more than what it should have beken. They quickly greet you and seat you when you walk in. Large selection of gel polishes although they don't have a ton of neutral tones that I saw and arent organized by color-if that makes sense. Very friendly and clean environment. Their acrylic nails last FOREVER. I got nails on and went away and they stayed on and didn't lift at all for 2 1/2 weeks. I struggled with going other places and their acrylic lifts off my nail after a week. Prices are reasonably average. They have a membership program where after you go a second time I believe, you get 10% off every visit. The only reason I didn't give them a 5th star was because I was unimpressed with their shaping of nails. I wanted a subtle coffin nail and they didn't do it correctly the first time, made them REALLY narrow but the second time they were better but not perfect. Not sure about other nail shapes but that's the only reason they didn't get 5 stars. Other wise I highly recommend! They even have little kid sized pedicure chairs if kids want a pedicure! Read Less

I've come consistently for the last year and off and on previously for pedicures. I typically get pink and white over my real nails and I love them! I've never had a bad experience. They are typically busy, but Ana usually has the man power to handle it. I usually go to relax on my days off, so if there's a wait I don't mind and theyre usually accomodating with a complimentary beverage. My nails always look good and my pedis usually last me about 1-2months. I've not experienced broken nails or severe lifting depending on my own activities that would help contribute such as excessive cleaning. Keep up the good work! I got the gel that everyone's always talking about and I've had it for about a week, and not only has the pain chipped but the fake nail itself has completely broken and chipped. The first time I went there was for my fake gel nails to be done for my wedding. I loved them and they made them short enough for my liking. I went back for a pedicure and it was fine, except the lady dug so hard in between my toe nail that it bled and hurt for weeks , also half swelling up. Horrible. I liked the place until recently. The guy who did my refill did not even take off all the color from my last manicure. Hee barely filed down the mail and then put the refill on top., you could clearly see the line where the new feel was added and polish underneath. He asked if it was okay. Absolutely Fan-freaking-tastic. Way better then going to the mall and it's well worth the time. Everyone was so friendly and my girl made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it before she did each step, and all I got were some French acrylics. Much bigger than it looks from the outside. I've been coming here for a long time and today I finally have to call it quits. Since she's been getting busier she seems incredibly short staffed. I'm in the service industry too and never complain, however the gentlemen working there was incredibly rude. He started on my nails and repeatedly got up out of his chair doing other things, leaving me there without a word said to me.. He also pushed his chair back several times to dial phone calls which is so rude in my opinion, also without a word said. Now I don't mind if you're on your phone as long as you continue to work on me.. He had completely stopped the three times he was on his phone. At this point it's been twenty minutes and he's only managed to take off my old nail polish. Everytime he came back to me he had lost his place as to where he was in the process or which finger. I almost got up and left when another girl came over to finish me. After an hour and ten minutes spent for a gel acrylic refill, which typically takes 40 min, I managed to miss my next appointment. I came here for the first time at five recommendation of a regular customer. Let's just say I've been back!  I've only had pedicures, so I can't speak of the manicures, but my feet have always been happy. The polish has lasts a long time and the filing has been exactly how I like it. Read Less

So basically the $20 "basic pedi" is really quite basic. I asked him to remove the dead skin from my pinky toe ( 1 toe) and he say that's the callous removal treatment  which is $12 more. So they are ok with their clients walking out with slamming toe nails and a bunch of dead skin.Overall I don't think I will be back. Read Less

On a Saturday, I made an appointment for a pedicure. I was given a chair right away, and asked if I'd like to upgrade my service, standard for any salon. When I declined, I was told someone would be with me soon. The client next to me was seated at the same time and serviced right away. 10 minutes into my wait a woman entered saying she was in a hurry for a pedicure, and was served immediately. I had a very poor experience. Even though, they gave me 30% off, it still wasn't worth it. They made me wait over 3 hours. Then when the tech started working on my manicure, she was in such a rush while cutting my cuticles, she cut two of my fingers. This place sucks. They were busy when I came in, which was fine, but they set me up to soak my gel nails and left me there for about thirty minutes while they worked on someone else. If you're going to make me wait, at least let me have my hands! The filing was awful, the paint job was awful. I had to wait AGAIN for another tech to do the simple design I wanted, which she did quickly and carelessly and missed spots with the top coat, as well. I pointed this out at the counter when I was paying. They asked if I wanted it done over. NO I DO NOT, I'VE BEEN HERE TWO HOURS. No discount was offered and little concern was given.
