Today I went to VIP Nails to have a manicure and pedicure done for the first time in 11yrs. I made sure I made an appt a few days prior. When I arrived, I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Moments later a gentlemen; Mike, approached me happily and took me to the pedicure stations. He did my pedicure and my gel manicure.. Both came out beautifully! Went here to get my first set of accrylics and they came out beautifully! Didn't catch his name but he said he was the manager, was gentle and did them in a very timely manor, I even messed mine up and he fixed it on the spot! The undersides are just a bit sloppy is all I'd say. The salon has a refreshing look and feel, the place just has a strong chemical smell but what do you expect. Will come back! Read Less

I love VIP. I went there when I was a teenager and then stopped going because we moved. When I started getting my nails done again, I tried a bunch of different places and hated them all. Decided to go back to VIP and I never stopped going again. Staff is very friendly and it's super clean. I will say so far I e only gone to Bella and Vivian and they are both great. Everyone there seems awesome though I just haven't had the opportunity to see anyone else yet. Appointments aren't necessary but I always make one to make sure I'm in on time. Read Less

Very disappointing...because I didn't have an appointment I was treated less as those that did and was passed around between techs. Went in for a full set, the worst set I've had done, no prep and sloppy acrylic. Will not be going back and telling all my friends that do. Read Less

I use to live in Quakertown but now I live in Breinigsville which is almost 45 minutes from VIP but I still go there and Viv still does my nails! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!! I have been going there for yrs! Read Less

My first observation upon walking in was the intense chemical odor which nail products emit, though I do recognize this is largely unavoidable. Additionally, the employee working on my nails was very impersonal and seemed to be preoccupied with or distracted by other things. Furthermore, they didn't have matte black polish and suggested I go buy some myself. However, ulitmately my nails came out looking great. Skilled workers but sub-par atmosphere and experience. I went with a friend and her technician was rude to her and my technician had a hard time figuring out how to put decals on my nails and then charged me an extra 10 dollars to do it after I provided the decals and used my own polish. When I got home I realized that two of my nails were not even on straight. I will not be returning because I can get my nails done cheaper and more professionally elsewhere. Read Less

Walk-ins & appt based. Great customer service either way always friendly!! They do a great job everytime & if your ever unsatisfied they have no problem with you coming back days later to get a chip fixed or paint if you don't really like the color you choose all free of charge. They are all about keeping there customers happy not about making their money. Never had one bad experience ever & I recommend to my friends all the time! I've been going to this salon for 5 years and they have upgraded majorly through the past few years. Specials through out the week but there cash only!!
