Visited 2 times. Wanted to give them a chance because the place is nice, and they're friendly but maybe a different nail tech 3rd visit? Both nail techs did my acrylic lumpy, uneven, and had a few over my cuticles. Maybe have some nail techs practice more before they work on people's nails? The service was mainly pretty good. My mom had a man named Kevin who i found very nice and he was funny too. I had a woman but i don't know her name, but she had short hair that was a dark brown and brownish blackish eyes. The woman i had was pretty nice but she made a few comments on the nail color i chose for my acrylics that were rude and unneeded for. Also when the lady who did my nails was buffing the acrylics went to close to my nail beds which really hurt. She also had a bit of an attitude, but she might've just been having a bad day. She also assumed that i wanted square nails, which i didn't, but i said that it was okay just so i didn't have to bother her. Otherwise everything else was good and the people there were nice. Very Disappointed!!!! When I walked in the owner greeted me..... Not with a smile but are you Rita? no Is this your first time here?, welcome to our salon...NOTHING!!!!! just Pick out polish. STILL no smile!!! This was my very first and last time! By the time I left I was so agitated!!!! He walked around as if he was a stuck up snob! The atmosphere was very poor!!!This guy has absolutely no personality at all I was there for an hour and a half or so. The two girls that worked on me were very nice. I really feel so bad for the girls that work there. Will not be returning!!!! when I pay that much I expect FRIENDLY service!!! Overall great first experience. I tried this place about a month ago. I usually go to a different one in town. I didn’t know you needed an appointment but they got me in right away. Offered me a water and felt very comfortable. Clean and nice atmosphere. Alittle more expensive then what I normally pay but well worth it! Read Less

Quite literally the best nail experience I've ever had. I have been doing my nails for quite some time and always did SNS/ dipping powder nails back at home. Recently moved to PA and could not find a decent place that did SNS/ dipping powder. I called many places and finally reached this place where they said it was 35. I saw that you needed an appointment but the gentleman told me I could come in a little later as a walk in, as at that time they were slightly busy. I came around 4pm on a Wednesday and was immediately greeted and sat down. Soon after was given a small water bottle and then astounded by their selection of colors for SNS.  The lady who did my nails, presumed owner, came over in 2 minutes and got to work. She did a fantastic job and was very nice. She informed me they also did designs and ombré and French for SNS which is not always the case. I especially liked that she took out the gunk from under the nails that usually stays there after dipping in the powder. She was phenomenal and quick without being rushed. The place is SUPER clean and very organized. Also got a hot towel and massage at the end of my manicure. Highly recommend and will absolutely be coming back for more! Read Less

This is the best place in town, not to mention the cleanest! I absolutely LOVE my nails every time I go (every two weeks) and they do such a wonderful job. My favorite nail salon!  Completely up to code with sterilization and cleanliness, their ventilation system is great and there isn't a trace of any chemical smell.  Products are labeled, everything is tidy and organized, new nail files for every client.  I always ask for Julie.  She is sweet, does not rush, and she is not harsh or aggressive.  She takes her time and always makes sure you are comfortable.  They are great at informing you on wait time.  I recommend making an appointment because they do take their time with clients.  Plenty of nail color options! Very rude tried to charge my mom for something they messed up on and then when she wouldn't get it done they started talking about her in there language. My nails turned out horrible it has not even been two weeks it has been a week and i had three acrylic nails fall off and the others are lifting. Within two days of getting my nails done my GEL nail polish started chipping, I refused to return on account of not wanting to be charged for there mess up. The gel is supposed to last two weeks mine did not even come close. It was a waste of $35. Will never go back again. Horrible place. I do not recommend going. Read Less

The best thing about this place is Rose. She's an older woman and she is very sweet and the finished nail shape is always wonderful and they never break. But sometimes she hurts with the drill. And man does it HURT! The stations have vacuums in the center, which the nail techs run while doing the acrylics, which is awesome. You smell nothing but the oils they diffuse in the shop, which is very refreshing and relaxing. However, the rest of the staff isn't very friendly and I always feel very rushed if I need my appointment to be at the end of the day, which happens often because my husband works and I can't get my nails done until he's home to stay with the kids. I always call and ask if I can make an appointment, usually no later than an hour and a half before close time (totally reasonable) and they always ALWAYS try to convince me to come sooner, no matter how much I say that I can't! I absolutely love the Nail Bar! I don't live locally and met a friend for manicures and pedicures. I had an appointment at a different nail place, and had terrible service there and walked out. We still wanted our nails done, and found this gem in the next plaza over. They had great service, great personalities. I will continue to go there. My friend and I joked, we will meet there every two week. We both live over 30 minutes away from Quakertown. We do plan to become regulars. Read Less

Yes, I agree it is clean.  Did not find the staff friendly at all.  Yes, they do have a nice selection of polish.   Do not think the polish on my refill was that good of a good.  Also, the up charges are higher than the salon I usually go to.  $3 to replace each nail.  $5 to take off polish  gel on the acrylic nail, since I was not getting gel again.  I'll be going back to my old salon! Don't bother, save your money. Quite possibly worst mani/pedi I have ever had. Top coat doesn't cover whole nail. Paint on skin. Paint under nails. Top coat on skin. Cuticles look terrible. Nails are uneven. Nails not completely covered with polish. Feet barely had rough skin removed. No cuticle oil. People are not friendly at all. Girl who did my pedi did not say one word. Grumpy man who did my mani only made rude comment about my short nails, which I felt I had to defend because I removed my acrylics in January and the damage is not fully grown out and that is why I keep them short for now. I was taken aback because they're not really that short.  He didn't say anything besides that.   No small talk at all from either one. Very odd for a salon, especially a new one, I would think they'd want to build a rapport with new clients so they will return. Chairs at nail bar are uncomfortable because of the height, feet dangle and awkward to get up/down. Nearly impossible to rest against back of chair because you are leaning on bar. They took way too long for basic services.  Prices are average 15 for mani, 35 for gel mani. 30 for pedi with many choices of over priced upgrades.One positive was hot towels smelled very nice, lemony aroma. Polish selection is plentiful but gel and regular polish are not separated and is confusing.I was really hoping for much more. Sadly, they didn't deliver. I will not be returning. Read Less

I am so excited that such an awesome nail bar is now in Quakertown! They are extremely clean; liners in the pedicure sinks, brand new sterilized tools, and just an overall clean environment! The employees are very friendly and nice. They gave me some water right away and had patience as I picked which pedicure I wanted. I chose the "jelly pedicure." He used lavender bath salt that turned to jelly around my feet! Really cool, never saw anything like that before. For my gel manicure, they used plastic clips around my nails to remove my old polish, instead of aluminum foil! Everything was super clean and carefully done! I even had on lotion gloves and black gloves over the lotion ones to protect my skin from the UV rays. The massages were well done too! I definitely recommend this place to anyone. They also have A LOT of color choices. I just had to move back to the area, so I'm so happy a nail bar like this exists in Quakertown! Read Less
