Wanted to get my nails done for my birthday, the lady took 10/15 minutes to get gel done that's way too fast. I leave and notice the nail polish dripping down my finger! I walk back in and she said "oh it wasn't dry" why in the world you let me leave if they were wet!! Very mad never going again!! I recommend not to go!! Read Less

I don't like giving bad reviews, but this was literally the worst service I have ever had. On a whim, stopped in for a quick pedicure... Told me to sit very abruptly without the station being ready, was rough with my feet, and then got up and went to work alone someone else without saying a word. Didn't offer a dryer (they did have them and there were multiple chairs available), just left me sitting in the pedicure chair. After 10 min, got up and paid and still tipped, but was sincerely tempted not to.... which is saying a lot, as I am normally a 20% minimum (always round up!) tipper. Peeved and disappointed. I arrived a little early for my appointment but was taken right away. Nice place, clean & the guy who did my mani/pedi was very nice.Very considerate and took care with my hands & feet. While my pedicure has held up very well, my manicure didn't even last an entire week. Within 3 days the nail polish started chipping and wearing off. 12 minutes just isn't enough time for nails to dry. Debating whether or not to give them a second chance. Read Less

Cindy and ramen are good at doing acrylic but anyone else is not to perfection. I let another lady do my nails at lovely and it looks like a 2 year old could of done better. I got black tips and some were to far up my nail and some aren't straight. My bday is on sat and now what am I suppose to... I have to go some where else now and get them redone Read Less

Worst ever. Never again. My figers are so sore from her filing them on the sides. Two nails lifted already. 2 are chipped within 24 hours of having them done. She took skin off on my thumb & ring finger with the electric file. Wish I could give no stars.Please don't get hurt by going there such a waste of money. Read Less

I used to go here. I was running late one night and arrived 40 minutes before closing. The man running the place told a woman to take me. Because of her snarl on her face, I asked if it was a problem, I'd be happy to come back the next day. She then very sarcastically asked if "You want foot rub? You want Eyebrow? You want...." Then proceeded speaking a different language and making fun of me. I know this because the woman next to me told me. I got up, Paid a few dollars for nothing and left. I will never EVER go back. This place is good only when you seem to get in when there is no one there but a few other customers. We came in on a Saturday, a day before Father's day. We came in and it seemed like it wasn't that crowded. Only had about 4 people in there, 3 at which getting pedicures and a lady getting a manicure. They told us it was going to be an hour wait, and since we came there the other time and did an amazing job on gel nails, we decided to wait, but shop around a bit except sit there.So, about 50 minutes later we get there, had to wait an extra 10 minutes after an hour, but that didn't really bother my mom and I. We got seated down on the pedicure chairs (which were nice) and I waited about 10 minutes for a person to come up and start. The lady who was doing my feet seemed to be very angry and was rushing as she kept pausing and staring at the door while she was clipping away at my cuticles! She did a good job on doing my pedicure, and I have to agree with Angi, the scrub they use on your feet feels like they are seriously tearing your skin up. After the lady doing my toenails kept drifting off and not really paying attention, I finally got over to a manicure chair.When I did, I was noticing that they had only 3 people actually working there at the time while excepting all these customers left and right that they couldn't handle. The same women who did my pedicure did my gel nails and my moms in a total rush. For gel nails you expect them to apply them nicely since they will last at LEAST two weeks without chipping. So, the lady rushed through with both of our nails, barely filing my nails at all. Just to get a manicure and a pedicure it took almost 2 hours and 45 minutes!! After I took those toes separators off at the end of the appointment, I had dents in my toes for about an hour from how long I waited. I wasn't pleased with the job she did with my nails, there was the polish on my skin, but that didn't bother me that much. The thing that did was only about 5 days later, my nails started chipping left and right! And I must say, gel nails aren't cheap! My mom and I will never be going there again for the service and on how much of a crappy job they did. Read Less

This salon is terrible! I had stopped in for a manicure/pedicure on a Saturday. There was one other customer, but I still waited 10 minutes to be seen. The woman completed my manicure in approx. 5 minutes. She did not let my nails soak, barely trimmed my cuticles, did not clean under or around my nails, and put one layer of polish on. When I attempted to question it she said it was ""fine"" and that too much sparkle was tacky. The manicure is 5 days old and is completely chipped and grown out. For the pedicure she let me soak my feet for about 30 seconds and was impatient to get me done, even though there were only 2 other customers in the whole salon. She appeared to be very upset that I had my old polish on, and did not use polish remover and instead used a nail file. I asked her to gently trim the cuticles and to pay extra attention to around my big toes, as I tend to get ingrown toenails so they need to be carefully cut down. She rushed through my cuticles, skipped many steps, and spent most of her time on the phone. Overall I was extremely unhappy with this experience. A mani/pedi is supposed to be a relaxing, rejuvenating experience, and this was a huge let down. I will not be visiting this salon again. Read Less
