My cousin just went there on Friday with her daughter.  The woman who normally does her hair is no longer there.  The OWNER cut both her hair and her daughter's hair.  Before even asking my cousin (who has hair down to the middle of her back) what she wanted done, the woman started cutting.  The entire right side of the back of her head is layered, while the left has nothing.  Her hair in general is healthy, but looks like it needs a cut now more than ever.  She is so humiliated by the cut that she won't even wear her hair down now.  Not to mention she is terrified to find another hair dresser.What kind of a hair stylist starts cutting someone's hair before asking what they want done?!?  Today, my cousin tells me that she has found chunks of blonde hair in the sink and trash can.  Her daughter is the only blonde in the house.  When she asked her daughter why she cut it, her daughter (who was very upset) replied "because it's uneven".I understand that some people have fantastic experiences and once in a while someone will have a bad one.  There has been no offer to rectify the matter and it's very disheartening.  She's not the type of person to stick up for herself, which is why I'm on here posting on her behalf.  The owner did call and offer to "trim her up".  Let's be serious here...if you messed it up the first time, why would she trust this owner to cut even more off?  A refund should've been offered (in full) since now she and her daughter need to go elsewhere to have their hair fixed.  Shame on the owner for not even asking what she wanted done before started cutting! My name is Sandy, I received a coupn in the mail back in 2009 for a freee hair cut I made an appointment with Natasha, boy is she wonderful, the experience that I had with her and the salon was out of this world. They are very pleasant and kind. I tell everyone about this salon all the time. I stsrted taking my daughter as well and my husband says that noone else is to touch her hair except Natasha, that is how wonderful they are. Anyway this is the placed to go, then I found out that they also did pedicures and manicured it just kept on getting better and better. I now go every 3 months for an exspress pedicure and every 6 months for hair, When I wanted to go short I was reaaly scarred I always had long hair, but Natasha was great she help to look for the right style and I went from there now I can't wait to go for my cut and am staying short. it's a cute little salon in a quaint town. it is extremely affordable and they do great work. they did my sister in laws hair for her wedding and it was very pretty. the hair stylists are all very friendly and their is a comfortable feel in the salon. they always made my hair look really good with dye and cut. i have gone here several times. I have lived in Quakertown my whole life and am so sad that I JUST discovered Dazzle after 23 years! I went in a little nervous because my hair needed a lot of fixing with the color. Right away Natasha listened to my concerns and diagnosed the treatment. Not only did she do exactly what I wanted, but went above and beyond to make my hair look naturally highlighted and beautiful. Honestly, this was the best highlight/lowlight/glaze combination I have ever received and when she told me the price, I could not believe my ears...it was insanely affordable! I decided to try Dazzle after reading all the great reviews and I was not disappointed. I went to Dazzle to treat myself to a spa day - manicure, pedicure and a hair cut. Natasha did a great job! My nails look awesome and my hair is happy, healthy, and bouncy. She took her time to make sure that I looked my best. Everyone there was really friendly and caring. I've been going to Dazzle since they opened over 10 years ago. Mary Beth is an amazing stylist - she knows how to make my hair look good, even when I ask her to bleach it and dye it neon pink. The salon is always trying new products to find the best of the best. I've lived in Boston and DC for the past 7 years and haven't found anyone that does a better job, even in high-end fancy salons.
