Awesome experience!! I forgot to ask her name, but the nice lady who helped me tonight was so awesome!! I got eyelashes extensions done and she made me so comfortable I fell asleep multiple times during. (They looked beautiful, will definitely be coming back). She had to stay later to finish my appointment and was very comfortable to be around. She also gave me an umbrella to walk to my car in the rain, so my new lashes didn’t get ruined which I thought was awesome service. I 100% recommend coming here for waxing and lash extensions!! A variety of services are offered, including: manicures, nail repair, waxing, tanning, & pedicures. It is also a very clean facility. The owner, Hannah & her husband are awesome. Don't bother making an appointment. I did so two times in the past four months(both times over a day in advance) only to wait 15+ minutes to sit for my pedicure. Both times I as with a friend and she was worked on way before me--meaning she was done and drying alone and I was stuck alone on the chair when the point of making an appointment was so we could sit together and catch up. Also, the quality of service has gone down significantly; I have been disappointed in the quality of my pedicure both times (spots missed on my toenails and messy trim jobs).I don't know what's going on with this place recently, but until it gets its act together I'm finding somewhere new for my nails. I have been going to VP Nails for a few months now and am certain that I will not go anywhere else...mostly because of Hanna! I always get a full gel-set & Hanna doesn't make me feel bad when I ask her to shape them a certain way and still makes my nails perfect every time. The main reason I go back is because of her concern of the quality of the nails she provides me with - which is why mine always last 3 weeks, at least. Other places I have gone to have always done a sub-pa...r job and my nails were already lifting up after a week and a half. I used to be self conscious about my hands and how my nails look but Hanna does such a good job that people are always asking me where I get my nails done and I no longer worry about how my hands look. I don't understand what all the hype is about with this place is about. I went today for the first time to have my gel nail polish removed and get a regular polish manicure. First, they asked me to get gel and I said no my nails need a break. Then they asked me 3 more times to get gel I said no each time. The guy who did my nails removed the gel polish and then started cleaning my nails. However, there was still dirt under my nails and my nails were still really rough with some polish still left over so I stopped him before starting to apply new polish, and he barely fixed the issue. After he applied the polish and was done you could see the bumpy texture under the polish still. No hand massage, no hot towel, then they stuck me at a dryer for 20 minutes without even looking my way once. For 15 bucks and no massage, no hot towel? Terrible deal. I even asked the owner at the end "oh you don't do hot towel and hand massage?" And she said only for gel mnaicures. The place I usually go in Philly gives you a regular manicure, hand massage, hot towel, and they give you a hot rock back massage while your nails dry and check on you while you're drying all for 15 bucks. Then later the gentleman who painted my nails started fixing something which took another 10 minutes. While I was waiting under the fan for my nails to dry I smudged one. They fixed it no problem but I had to wait even longer for my one nail to dry. I was waiting for this one nail to dry when I was told (not so nicely) to leave and it was fine. A friend recommended Hannah to me a few years ago and I have been coming back ever since. Hannah does the best eyebrows in town. I don't trust ANYONE else to do them. I took a risk and went to another salon to get my refill done and I was not pleased.  I specifically told her coffin nails and I got square...and to make it worse I showed her a pic of exactly what I want. The polish job was very good either. I wanted ombré sparkles over my polish but that was done sloppy. I came to Hannah to have my nails fixed n they look perfect. Never will I go to another salon. Highly recommend VP nails! I have gone here for years, I had my wedding party nails done here, and they doing AMAZING pink and white gels which trust me is hard to find. Service was quick but good! They have WiFi! Got a basic mani and pedi and was in and out in about an hour. I was disappointed in the polish choices that were offered when I was there which is why I docked a star. There wasn't a wide variety of colors to choose from. Great service! The last nail place I went to in King of Prussia, the lady was too busy talking to her co-workers to pay attention to detail. The lady I saw at VP Nails took her time and was careful to not hurt me. I got a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax and it only cost me $47 (without tip). I was expecting an up-charge since I requested a design on my nails. My eyebrows are messed up to begin with, so even though the picture makes them look a little uneven I'm so happy with the outcome. After seeing good reviews on Yelp I stopped in here on Saturday 9/13 for a gel mani and to get my polished changed on my toes...I then just decided to get a full pedi. I have to say, the gel mani has been by far the best one I have ever gotten! They do amazing work and pay attention to detail. The staff was welcoming and friendly.
