The ladies at Head First are awesome! They took in myself and my bridesmaids on pretty short notice. They got us in right when they opened and everyone loved their hair style. I chose this salon because they had an example photo of exactly what I was looking for. A complicated vintage up-do, and that is what I got! Absolutely loved it. It was beautiful and very solid. They also got all of us in and out of the salon very quickly so we could get back to preparing for the wedding. Definitely recommend Head First for group appointments. A friend recommended this place to me. She said to use Lisa. I normally don't walk out of a hair salon loving my hear. I normally have to go home and play with it. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! I've been to this salon twice, many years apart, for different things and I will never go back. The first time I went was for a brazilian wax. The woman came in stinking of cigarette smoke. She led me into a room with a sheet covering a bed with wax all over it (not clean). She answered her cell phone in the middle of the waxing. She also made rude comments. I went back recently to get my hair cut, hoping it was just that one woman who was terrible. I was wrong. The woman who cut my hair (I unfortunately cannot remember her name) was awful. She didn't consult me to see what I wanted before we went to the sink. She washed my hair with freezing cold water. She brushed my hair with a hard bristled brush until I swore my scalp was bleeding. After all that, the haircut sucked. It seemed as though she was rushing to get me out of the chair. Usually my haircuts take about forty five minutes. This took about ten. I left looking like a member of the Beatles. No way would I return. Read Less
