I've been coming here for about 2 years now. I've never had a bad experience or seen anything occur that upset me. I love all the staff! Especially Diane, Grace, Claire, and Stephen. (Plymouth location)They are 100% dedicated to serving you as soon as you arrive. From the complimentary wine, to the soothing free massages with hot stones. They don't miss a thing!! The pedicures are sooo relaxing. Everything is clean and in tip top shape. The massage chairs are great to sit in while you're getting a pedicure. The lotions that they use to massage your hands with, smell so good. I've been to many nail salons before over the years and I did not like the atmosphere. Many other nail salons are noisy, smell like chemicals, and had no customer service. At these unimpressive nail salons, I never saw the employees talking to their own clients, but instead they were only talking to each-other in their own language. Serenity is not like this at all!! The air is clean here, the atmosphere is welcoming and calm. The staff strikes up conversations with you and is super friendly. I've had a situation over the summer where I needed to be out in an hour for my gel mani and pedi. Two nail technicians worked on me and got me done in no-time. Awesome team effort!! The service here, is never ever rushed, even if it's swamped. Location is super convenient and close to main roads! Its not like a mall or a traditional busy, overwhelming, boring shopping center. It's just perfect!! It's right next to Bryn & Danes- delicious healthy food and smoothies. I see other people have written in their reviews, that Serenity's prices are too high. I completely disagree. I am not rich, I always tip well and I am willing to pay for great service. The employees here are doing a service for YOU, accommodating YOUR needs and desires, and making YOU feel good. They only get to keep a percentage of what you pay at the register. You are also helping to pay for the rent, heating, lighting, supplies, water, etc to make sure YOU, the customer are serviced. I would always recommend to call ahead or book an appointment ahead of time. They can get busy and fill up fast. If you are one of those people that decides to come in at last minute without calling and hopes to get an appointment... it can be risky and disappointing. Read Less
