If it was possible to give less then one star I would. This place has been trash for years. They are unsanitary, ignorant, and just flat out rude. The customer is always right. I was not happy with my nails, and they yelled at me and forced me to pay. The other customers they have in there are trash. Not to mention the workers talk about you in their native tongue. The man employee is the rudest person I’ve ever met. I don’t thinkeven one of them is professionally trained or a licensed nail technician. I would recommend the health or cosmetology board investigate this place. I know for a fact some of the practices they keep, they should not be. It’s not cleanly. They were rude. My daughter who is 7 got a pedicure. When they were done the lady just told her to go dry. She didn't show her where. She didn't turn the dryer on for her or anything. Then when I was done I sat my toes to dry and when the machine was done I thought it was dry. Well it wasnt so I did mess up two toes. When I asked if they could fix it that is when the lady got an attitude. Then she was talking about me to another customer. On top of that the design she did on my toe wa garbage. I hate that I spent my money there when 2 weeks ago I had EXCELLENT service at another nail salon. I will not go back to ProNail in Plymouth Meeting Mall. Horrible service. Read Less

Typically I go here to get my nails done. Nothing is every horrible except I get cut or hurt here and there. Giving one star because I was told to get my acrylics off at their salon rather than do it at home. Did it and was more painful and horrible than what I would have done. They basically ripped the acrylic off without any soaking whatsoever, and this cracked my nails so that my already weak nails have slits and cracks in them at the beginning of my nail. Take your acrylics off at home and save your money and your nails. I only had mine on for four weeks and had this happen. Read Less

I made an appointment at 1:00 got there 12:45 they made me wait 25 minutes. I told them exactly what I wanted to do and how even showed them a picture. They totally messed it up and made my nails look bad. They would use their own nails to get the polish that fell off the side off your finger and it hurt badly. When the lady put a flower on my nails it was the worst flower I have ever seen. The flower looked like a first grader could do it. I am embarrassed to go out with these nails. I've been going here for a while and pretty much all of the reviews in regards to rudeness and quality are spot on.  For me, it was more of convenience and I wasn't getting anything major done, so it wasn't a big deal.  For Valentine's Day I wanted a very simple design.  (Just a little white heart)  However, the technician said "Oh, I can't do that."  That's fine..  I am understanding and know that not everyone is skilled with painting but this was literally one single heart filled in.  If she couldn't do it, she could have asked the owner next to her to do it.  (She has done designs on my nails before).  Instead she put these plastic cutouts on my finger.  They weren't lined up, it looked awkward, but I just needed to get out of there and go back to work, so I let it go, and left unhappy with the results.Here's the thing, I'm not too picky or high maintenance, but when it comes to paying for a service and wanting a specific (and simple) design, I think they should have been able to accommodate the request.  Sadly I think everything is starting to boil up and my time at Pro Nail Nailery is over.  Like one review said "If you're looking for a cheap hole in the wall and don't care too much about the quality, this place is fine." i got a gel manicure on friday n today is tuesday on one of my nails it lifted half off-_-   but she did an awesome job on my pedicure but she did a crappy job with the gel polish. the reason it lifted up was bc she got the polish on my skin on most of all my fingers im pretty sure this gel isnt going to last two weeks:( Read Less

I went here today to get a refill, and I regret not going back to the salon I always go to..Spent $25 + tip on a refill for pink and white with a little design of a black line on each finger. Upon arrival, I was not acknowledged by the technician, and when I was acknowledged they said "What do you want" instead of "hi, can I help you today?" Which I thought was pretty rude. I noticed the female tech was finishing eating lunch and talking on the phone (again, unprofessional). They were not wearing gloves, aprons or any type of hygienic/safety garment. The woman doing my nails was rushing during the entire refill even though the place was dead and there were 3 technicians in there. As she painted my design, she rushed that as well, making it look terribly sloppy so I asked her to redo it. She was not enthusiastic to help me at all, and I was being very cordial, and neutral with my response to this experience. I was reluctant to complain about this until I went home and the gel polish already began to chip. Note: I didn't do anything with my hands besides drive. Overall, this was a "hole in the wall" nail salon. If you want a cheaply-done refill and design, this is your place. I've been going to Kenny for about 3 months now and I get refills.  He does the best job that anyone has ever done and I've been getting my nails done for over 30 years.  He's quick and very professional.  I wish they would keep the television on as I like to have something to watch while I'm sitting there getting my nails done. If I could rate this place a zero I would. I went there 3/25 because I was in the mall to get my eyebrows done. They were not busy at all. They had only one person getting a pedicure. I still had to wait 15 minutes before being taken care of while the one worker just sat there and did nothing. When she finally started to do my eye brows she REUSED a stick from a previous person. I know this because the stick was just sitting on the wax machine with old wax still on it. DISGUSTING. Not only that but it is completely unsanitary to reuse a stick. She continued to wax my eye brown and redip it into the wax. I dont know how many times that stick was reused and the amount of dead skin thats just sitting in the wax. After she was done she went to put the soothing oil on. I asked her not to because it causing me to break out. Instead of throwing the cottonball away what does she do? Just flips the soaked side over and wipes it on my face... needless to say there was still oils on there and now I am breaking out. This place is horrible and I will NEVER go there again even if I'm desperate and my eye browns look like wolfman. Read Less

I brought my teen daughter here to get her very first nail service as I got a pedicure.  Big regret. I asked to have shellac on my toes as I dont want to chip the paint after I put my shoes back on and need a fast drying product.  The pedi was horrific.  The owner had his daughter, who looked about 8, prepare my pedi chair.  Right away I knew this would not be good. The water was scalding with barely any foot soak.  The procedure was painful.  She was using the pumice on the soft parts of my feet\, and you arent supposed to do that arch area, and was watching tv the whole time so she kept jabbing my arches because she wasnt looking.  Talk about pain! Then she would dig the metal tool under my nail...also very painful. Then she literally took a hard bistle nail brush and scrubbed the delicate skin on the top of my feet with it.  It hurt so badly and I really don't know how the hell she thought that would be comfortable to anyone.  She used the shellac color but no UV lamp and no UV shellac base coat.  My nails were still wet after 3 drying machine sessions.  My daughters nails were lumpy and look like someone glued boxes to her fingertips. She had the nerve to ask me where I get my nails done...I am from NJ, and thesalons out there know how to do some nails....there isnt any decor or shape or style they dont do.  Where I go it $28 for a full set, flare tip with handpainted design and gem on each nail. i saw this place charges $5 per nail for a simple line of white! I told her, I go to my own place.  They do everything. My nail salon takes such pride in his business, he doesn't allow his workers to speak Vietnamese while they have clients, they must speak English.  Also,he has an Instagram and takes professional pics of your nails and posts them.  My mistake for not waiting until I got back into town.I complained saying that the person who did my pedi was unprofessional, untrained and I will never come here again. Terrible terrible terrible.  Do not go here.  The staff was so rude, I have never written poorly of a business staff before but it was just awful.  I understand that when you go to a nail salon you half expect them to speak in a different language and talk about you.  But this was over the top.  There was a couple next to me who got up halfway through and walked out.  They even asked why the staff kept laughing at them, and the staff suddenly ignored them until they left. Then, after they left, they did the exact same thing to us.  It was a lousy pedicure, accompanied by rude associates.  Whoever manages this place should be fired.  Three of us came in as first time guests, and mutually agreed we will all never be back. This mall nail salon is the worst place I have ever been to! The staff was rude from the minute I walked in but I was in a bind and had to get my nails done there. I asked for a "nude" color on both my hands and feet. The guy who was doing my nails said he understood and showed me the color. When I said it wasn't right, he argued with me and said I have to wait until it goes on. Both my hands and nails were both different colors and and not even close to nude. My nails ended up a bright white peach color and feet are mauve. The people who worked there didn't help at all. In addition they were pricey! $49 for mani and pedi after quoting me another price when I initially asked... I would not recommend this HORROR to my worst enemy! Read Less

Horrible, rude staff, long waits for horrible work.  They have limited techs that can do free hand designs, i had 3 coats of polish put on my nails and feet and all were smudged before I left.  Had to have the lady redo after I complained she put way too much polish in the first place! One girl next to me requested a basic design w jewels and was told "we don't do that here" and another tech just did a similar design on someone else!
