This salon is a half a mile from my home so it is very convenient for me. This was my first visit, and can I say, it was absolutely wonderful! My mother and I were greeted kindly at the door and were offered hot tea, coffee, or water to drink. We waited for a few minutes, and they took us back to the bowls to begin my pedicure. My mother wanted a manicure and not a pedicure, but they sat us together at the massage chairs and had my feet soak until they were ready to begin her manicure. I chose Linh, she made pedicure and it was fantastic! I'm on my feet for long hours during the week at work so it was the perfect treat and maintenance. Went to Regal Nails Salon and Spa because my normal place was packed and so glad I did! The girls are so kind and easy to chat with and were more than happy to take me without an appointment. They were super busy but were sure to make time for everyone that came in and even stayed open late so that people could get their nails finished. They did not rush even though there were lots of people waiting which made all the difference to me. I wanted a set of GEL nails...pretty much you add a nail tip and apply gel. This place is a complete rip off. First they add the tip and put acrylic on the nail and then add a gel top coat. This is NOT gel nails. Its old fashioned thick acrylic with a clear gel polish on top coat. Acrylic nails generally cost 25-30 dollars with gel nails its more expensive. I would give this salon 0 stars. Today i witnessed the older lady use the restroom around the corner and she did not wash or sanitize her hands. Nice way to pick up a infection from a careless worker. Disgusting. WASH YOUR HANDS!!!! Read Less

I wouldn't have them do my nails if they paid ME!!! Way overpriced and after 4 coats of nail polish they told me go!! no drying my nails I was in the Wal-Mart bathroom drying them under the hand dryer and I lost have my nails before two weeks!!! Go anywhere else but here!! Read Less

I love this place. The people are quick, professional, and skilled, and their work draws compliments when I'm out. They prefer cash, they do take appointments, and are often quite busy.
