We went through about a dozen different designs until we settled on a basketball theme with her b-ball number. Since I'm a nurse, I have bad nails and I'm not able to get acrylics per policy, but a pedicure once in a while really works wonders for my poor hospital feet. I don't know if she's new or not since it was my first time going to the Nailery, but I didn't see anyone mention the young girl Katlyn who did my toes. She did amazing! One of the best pedis I've ever had, plus it was great to actually sit and just talk with her while she did them. I think you must be confused Colleen Fitzgerald-Griffiths. I've been going to the Nailery for 25 years. The majority if the customers are regulars for significant amounts of time. I have never once had an infection or a bad set like you describe. Gina, Carla, Val, the previous owners, you name it they were consumate professionals. I never would have stayed for so many years of I had ever experienced anything like you claim to have happened. I'm sorry but I don't think that it... is appropriate to go onto a businesses site where you received service, paid the cost of the service, didn't have an issue with the service, then turn around and bash that business. I know your story. I know you spoke with the owner and she offered to "fix" your issues. You declined the offer. You wanted your money back for a service that you left happy with. Can you say scammer! It would be like you eating your dinner at a restaurant, paying the bill, leaving full and satisfied and then coming back for your money back. You really need to take a step back. Never go back there. Take your tacky attitude and business somewhere that permits you to bully them and see if your scam works there. This nail salon is the best.. the women there that do your nails are top notch, friendly and professional... I have been going to this business for over 10 years.. I have never had an issue my manicures (I get French acrylic) ever lifting or coming off.. but even if there was a problem these girls would fix until you are happy... they are very accommodating at modifying appointments if necessary.. they work hard at making everyone happy.. for me they are like family.. their new location in Brentwood is very nice, warm and inviting.. I have been coming to this nail salon for several months. Every time I come they are consistently wonderful. Always have new colors. The staff is wonderful and they hand out coupons all the time! I have been getting my nails done for 30 years. This was the worst job I had in a long time. The woman that did my nails did them in all different shapes,lengths,and sizes. The acrylic was wavy,and nails weren't smooth. The owner did the Chrome which chipped off the next day. It took 2 hours for all of this,and was charged 41.00 plus I had to pay for parking. They agreed to fix it,but when I told the owner Valerie how I felt she refused to give me a refund. I thought I would let her try to fix this,but Valerie canceled. Read Less

I was looking for a nail salon to visit to get my nails did before I go on vacation. A friend recommended The Nailery and so I decided to try it out!The Nailery was originally located on Grove Rd but moved to this new location near Brentwood Town Square this past August. Not only is it a much more accessible location, but the staff and salon itself is great. The inside is very clean, something that doesn't always happen at other nail salons. The staff is extremely pleasant and fun to chat with. Usually I sit back and relax, but found myself talking with everyone there!I got a gel manicure and as a first time client it was at a discount of $27. Val helped me to pick out a color and made a suggestion about how to jazz up my nails. Before leaving I even scheduled my next appointment, which I never do! I'm already counting down the days.
