Booked an appointment for 4.30 only got there and there was 8 other people waiting for their nails to be done. Then someone else came in for refills and said her appointment was 4.30. Not sure the t...
Booked an appointment for 4.30 only got there and there was 8 other people waiting for their nails to be done. Then someone else came in for refills and said her appointment was 4.30. Not sure the the whole 10 of us had the same appointment time, or whether you over booked yourselves. Surely if you have an appointment system you need to keep to it. Very disappointed and won't be coming back. Also maybe apologise when you keep people waiting well after there appointment time.
