Usually have a good experience. Go every other week for almost a year now. Today I went in and asked them to fix a couple of my nails. I got the powder dip this afternoon. Went back later in the day and simply asked for a clear coat. They asked me to show them the issues. Some sides of my nails were soft still and never hardened. The top coat didn’t cover 4/10 tips of my nails properly. When I showed them the soft nails the guy yelled at me to stop doing it and acted extremely annoyed that I was simply asking for another clear coat. Needless to say, I didn’t even let them put the extra coat on after being yelled at. Usually a frequent customer- never a customer again. It’s a shame. Read Less

This place was absolutely wonderful. I went here to get my nails done for my wedding and they were great! The gentleman who did my nails told me if they chipped or anything before the wedding to come back and he'd redo them free of charge! I had to actually come back the day before the wedding because they had chipped (granted, I moved that week and it's no wonder they chipped!). We were running behind schedule and had to make it to my rehearsal. I told the staff about the situation and they immediately accommodated. They had one person working on my hands and another on my feet simultaneously to make sure I made my rehearsal! Overall great experience! Read Less

Went there today, my nail person asked  if I wanted my nails shortened I responded just a little. She proceeded to cut the first one all the way down. At that point you have to do the rest the same length. My nails are so short it's ridiculous!What's the point of asking if she was going to do what she wanted anyway. Read Less

I always go to Ethan Nails for my pedicures and manicures. Their space is pretty and relaxing. The staff do a beautiful job. They're friendly and extremely good at what they do, especially the spa pedicure! I go during off-times, and even then they have clients, but they always manage to fit me in so I don't have to wait. I went here not to long ago to get acrylic nails. I have had these nails done before at many other places and have been happy. Well while at Ethan's I had 4 different girls work on my nails, they rushed, they were rude, the fake nails looked bumpy.. then the next day when I opened a Tupper ware container two nails popped off. I have never had that happen usually they last a long time. So I went back asked them to take them off. The lady that owns the place asked what I did I told her and she yelled at me saying it was my fault not the 4 girls that worked on me. She was very rude, I did not ask for my money back I just asked for them off, she took them off and was rough and mean, saying "hunny I in the business long time it's you own fault." LEARN HOW TO TREAT COUSTOMERS. I will never be back and I recommend people never to go there.Read Less

They were nice enough, but when I got my nails refilled, it didn't even look like I had them filled! I know a lot of salons also do this so you need to go get them done sooner. I will be going back and demanding they fix it. Read Less
