Worst Customer service I have gotten in my life. I get there and it's hot. A/C wasn't working, then the one lady was rushing me to pick a color for my nails. Then she said with a VERY rude tone and in her broken english "are you sure about the color, because you can't change your mind once I start"... then she proceeds to file my nails and told me to wash my hands. After washing she proceeds to put a base coat and asked me "did you wash your hands?" I said, yes, the she asked "with soap?" yes, I said... then she starts YELLING at me, "I told you NOT to use soap, and if the polish comes off is YOUR FAULT" I was so surprised about the way she was yelling at me, I didn't know what to do. I have never been treated this way in my life.... I was yelled at. I told her I couldn't do this, and she told me that I could leave if I wanted to.... I still can't believe the way this woman treated me.... I told her I wasted my time going there, and then she replied "you wasted MY time" Unbelievable... all the customers were so uncomfortable with the way she was treating me... NEVER AGAIN, stay away from this place! This woman has NO clue about customer service. The WORST SALON I HAVE BEEN TO!

I have been going here for years and would never have dreamed of going anywhere else however the last three times they are using a quick dry no alcohol top coat for gel nails this is making my nails p...
I have been going here for years and would never have dreamed of going anywhere else however the last three times they are using a quick dry no alcohol top coat for gel nails this is making my nails peel within a few days the topcoat is not quality and I can no longer go here. I am spending 25 dollars for nails that are only lasting a few days please go back to the alcohol dry topcoat ....until you do I am going to need to find another nail salon to do my gel nails.

From the reviews I've read, you seem to either love this place or hate it. I'm happy to say that I loved it. The girls were pleasant and did a great pedi. I was a walk-in, and understood that I might have to wait because of that. I arrived a few minutes after they opened and there were already two people ahead of me. My daughter and I got right into the chairs. Thank you so much for such great service. We'll definitely be coming back!

Staff were nice, but my guy did a terrible job. My nail color is uneven, and then he put the gel uv light on my nail knicking it.. I said something and he did not understand what I was saying. We got pedicures and it barely lasted 25 minutes with 1 minute of hot stone. My gel manicure and pedicure was just as much as my cousin who got an acrylic gel refill and pedicure... sadly disappointed...

Best nail salon in Phoenixville, PA. I gurantee it! I've read the reviews, the only reason people get sent away is because walk-ins are unpredictable so call first if you want a definite appointment at the time you come. They're always busy for a reason and it's because they're truly the best. It'd be worse if they were empty because that speaks volumes in itself, right? The first time I went I had to book an appointment later because I came for a walk-in acrylic so I went to 3 OTHER NAIL SALONS (keep in mind they were all highly rated by others) and the other salons either had WEIRD parking or RUDE owners or werent able to the do the design I wanted because it was 'too hard'? Seriously. Save the time and book an appointment @ 4 seasons nail salon... learn from my wasted time @ other salons and book an appointment!

First of all, THE BEST pedicure in town! Massge chair, deep leg massaging, lots of scrubbing, hot towel and hot stones. they even give you a little water bottle to drink- SO CUTE! It lasted almost an hour! Very thorough- they didn't miss a thing and filed my nails just the way I asked. The staff is very knowledgeable and show a genuine interest in servicing the customer. I will be back :)

Worst Customer service I have gotten in my life. I get there and it's hot. A/C wasn't working, then the one lady was rushing me to pick a color for my nails. I have been going here for years and would never have dreamed of going anywhere else however the last three times they are using a quick dry no alcohol top coat for gel nails this is making my nails peel within a few days the topcoat is not quality and I can no longer go here. I am spending 25 dollars for nails that are only lasting a few days please go back to the alcohol dry topcoat ....until you do I am going to need to find another nail salon to do my gel nails.

From the reviews I've read, you seem to either love this place or hate it. I'm happy to say that I loved it. The girls were pleasant and did a great pedi. I was a walk-in, and understood that I might have to wait because of that. I arrived a few minutes after they opened and there were already two people ahead of me. Staff were nice, but my guy did a terrible job. My nail color is uneven, and then he put the gel uv light on my nail knicking it.. I said something and he did not understand what I was saying. We got pedicures and it barely lasted 25 minutes with 1 minute of hot stone. My gel manicure and pedicure was just as much as my cousin who got an acrylic gel refill and pedicure... sadly disappointed...

First of all, THE BEST pedicure in town! Massge chair, deep leg massaging, lots of scrubbing, hot towel and hot stones. they even give you a little water bottle to drink- SO CUTE! It lasted almost an hour! Very thorough- they didn't miss a thing and filed my nails just the way I asked. The staff is very knowledgeable and show a genuine interest in servicing the customer. I will be back :)
