Amazing salon, Amazing people, amazing hairstyles, for my first time I'm try to cut my hair because I don't know any other place but know I'm happy client, for the price is 10$ for regular haircut

Very polite. The salon is clean. Did not like the nail service. Did not like the blowout service. Though very polite. Clientele seemed more of a barbershop clientele. Very uncomfortable.

This place lived up to its expectations.... the owners are a sweet couple with skills!!!... make an appointment so you don't have to wait a long time.. that is what they prefer.. bc they would rather give you their full attention! ... it was amazing and being a stay at home mom I found it to be peaceful spa like!!. .clean, friendly... ... my nails look great .. I'll def be going back!!!

The cut has always been perfect. The salon is clean and bright. Nothing to complain. Everyone in there speaks English so you don't have to worry if they don't get what you mean. Very nice and friendly...

Very nice and friendly staff. They take their time to make sure you like the work. They also service nail and waxing. While I get my hair done my fiancee could get her pedi, mani and waxing at the same time. Spa pedicure is excellent and price is reasonable. Tp.Top is the best place to go for hair and nails

The nail salon is beautiful and all the instruments are sterilized. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the salon and they never use anything twice. I am always afraid when I get waxing, but here I feel good because they change sticks with each person. There is parking in the rear. My nails look great!

I love this salon! The customer service is excellent. The environment is extremely clean with a beautiful interior. They have everything from facial to nails and hair cuts which was very convenient and save me a lot of time. This is a great place to help you get ready for any special occasion. I was very satisfied with the results and will be coming back.

Finally, I found Tony after 3.5 months of searching for him. He used to work at Empire Salon and they will tell you he's on vacation....*tsk...*tsk...Me and my boy have been getting my cut from him for the longest! His cuts are the sharpest out of all the barbers I have tried in Northeast Philly. It's very difficult to find a good barber. I'm glad he opened up his own shop, which looks very modern, new and closer to my house. This will be my barber shop for a long time.

Beautiful and clean shop tucked in the heart of northeast Philadelphia. Rates are fair and well worth for the service you get. The owners there are very nice and helpful but most important excellent at their craft (hair and nails) I've been getting my cuts from Tony for a while and he always delivers the sharpest looks! Be sure to call for appointments as they can get busy. The shop is beautifully renovated with the latest chairs, technology, and artistic decor throughout the shop. Would highly reccomendation stopping by and making this your go to salon!
