I come here about once every 2 or 3 weeks and always have a great experience! My nails are done expertly every time and I'm a very picky person when it comes to getting gels. They also last about 2-3 weeks, which is amazing!!! The only thing I would say to be aware of is that you most likely will not get the technician that you request for your entire appointment. I've never had a bad experience with any of the alternate technicians though, but it would be nice to have the same person without them switching halfway through the appointment. Read Less

I am so particular about where I get my nails done and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at Polish Nail Lounge! I got a natural manicure and it was the best manicure I've had this year! Alissa was absolutely amazing! She was super attentive to each and every nail and even recommended products that I could purchase in the salon (that she was going to use on my nails so I could try it before buying it) to benefit my nails. I am so picky about nail salons... let me start with that. This place is literally THE best in Philly. I rave about it to anyone who will listen. The service is incredible... included in a "regular" mani/pedi are hot stones, exfoliating treatment, plus the usual lotion massage. For $35. That literally cannot be beat. The also have the best teas/water and also offer wine. Lastly and most importantly... your polish will last. Like a really long time... to be specific, my last manicure lasted over a week.
