Ok.. so a few months ago, my daughters and I were looking for a new salon, as the ones we have been frequenting were letting us down. From colors, to actual work being done, to professionalism, all we downhill. So the first time we popped up here, we walked in and were immediately pleased with the atmosphere and selection of colors. We were asked if we had an appointment, unfortunately we did not and had to leave since they couldn't fit us in, but vowed to be back.About a month later I finally got appointments for the girls and we went. When I tell you, they were soooooooo happy with the outcome that they now have pretty much standing appointments every other week and I get my feet done while they get their hands pampered. I'd been going to a nail tech by my job, that I swore up and down about, and honestly she does do great acrylic work, but her designs leave a bit to be desired. So now to the part I've been dying to write about... I finally went to get my own nails done, and figured I would just go all out.. I mean why not?!?!?? Amy did my nails... I will never go anywhere else!! Point blank.See the pics for yourself.... I asked her to have at it, showed her a pic off Pinterest as an idea, stating I would like something like this without the rhinestones.... she said ok and... well you see the finished product... I couldn't be more happy about how they turned out.Tom did my pedicure and he is hilarious!! Everyone in there is soooo cool and inviting! As others have stated, it is small, but intimate, the reason for reservations is so they can give each person the time and customer service they are paying for. Pampering at its best while on a budget...feels like you spent a million dollars! Awesome nail shop! Very nice international (tri-lingual) group, who always satisfy my whims. Got a manicure and pedicure done here , costed me $50. Many options of color for gel, and I couldn't be happier with the nail color I chose today . A different environment. A good different . I loved the music they played , environment had a nice style to it. Very nice people too. Do yourself a favor and come here! My nail tech at my old salon moved back to Vietnam. I found this place, been here twice, and I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else ever again. Excellent service. I called on a whim in the daytime seeing if they were busy; they weren't.  The woman on the phone answered all of my questions and told me to come in. I went right there and the minute I walked in the door, I was greeted and they clarified what I wanted. She asked me to pick a color and to have a seat in a chair and Valerie would be right with me. I was offered wine, water, tea, and coffee- REALLY? Awesome customer service. Valerie did my nails perfect- exactly how I wanted; thin overlay on my natural nail. My nails always break with gelish  because I'm constantly picking at them. This overlay would prevent my nails from breaking.  Valerie did a great job & asked if I wanted a pedicure. I happily said yes. The pedicure was great-  they offer several choices for foot scrub scents! I asked about my dry skin on my feet and they told me exactly what I should do to have butter soft feet! I had my eye on this place for some time. I am glad I finally had the chance to make it in and get the experience I was expecting. The ambience of this place is beautiful especially in comparison to the surrounding nail salons within the neighborhood. They had a random selection of music playing to accommodate all clientele and everyone was conversing while enjoying their pampered time. No one is rush job. They take their time and aim for the best experience. Mine was my nail technician and she was everything short of amazing.  I will  see her in two weeks. Let me first state that the salon is nicely decorated and pretty clean. The staff seems to be friendly and there is no additional chatter in another language like at other salons where they talk about you while you recieve a service. I really appreciate that!! Ok, so on to the cons- I only got a polish change and it was $15!!!! I shlda jus got a daggone pedicure if I knew such a small service would be sooo much money! That is by far the most expensive polish change ever! While it was nice and the technician was thorough, I feel that $15 to change some polish is excessive:( Maybe, I'll come again but I'll just get a complete pedicure instead. I'm new to Philadelphia and after a horrible visit to another nail shop, I decided to visit based on Yelp reviews and I'm SO glad I did...The customer service was great! My techs (Thom/pedi & Khoa/gel set) were very personable and accommodating. I showed Khoa a pic (posted here by a previous client)of  how I wanted my nails and he totally  killed it while Thom meticulously gave me the best pedi I've EVER had.I still have a lot to learn about this city but I DO know one thing: this place is my new spot for my nail/feet needs...thanks Yelp, my search is over! I've lived down the street and never thought to try this place until now. I was so pleased with their service! They're super friendly and professional, and like to make sure your salon experience is truly relaxing. Also, they take their time and do great work. I came in pretty late on a Friday evening, so I waited a while to get in the pedi chair, but it wasn't too bad...there were magazines & TV to keep me occupied. All of the techs there are hilarious and attentive, and the salon itself is clean and cute. My favorite place to come on Sunday's. I was recommended by my aunt to try this place out because I just moved to Philadelphia from living in California. I wasn't disappointed at all. These are some of the funniest most charismatic people I've come across in a nail salon. A diverse group of workers who seem to always have fun. The technicians really take their time when providing service, so if you're looking for a in and out kind of place this isn't it but if your looking for a place that stands by their work and does it right the first time this is the place to get pampered. They really value their customers and are always polite, the best part is they speak English not just when it's regarding your service but overall they want you to feel comfortable, because nothing is more rude than someone talking shit in a language you don't understand. Today was my first time coming here, I found them through yelp and so glad I came! Everyone speaks English, the atmosphere was pretty and staff very friendly. Overall, not bad. While you wait you are offered a selection of refreshments. For your entertainment they are stocked with a variety of up-to-date magazines and a young Asian guy that you would swear was black if you closed your eyes.The staff are diverse and polite however, some are inexperienced. They have a total of 7 workers and only 2 of that 7 know how to do acrylic nails. 1 of that 7 does eyebrows. The service is considerably slower than most salons however, i am not complaining about that. Just make sure you come when you do not have much to do.The shop is cozy with not much waiting room seating. Overall it was not bad but my journey for a nail salon continues. I may come again. Thrilled to finally have found a nail salon that I love. Found this place on Yelp and FB with positive reviews,  so here is mine. After having gone 8 years without acrylic nails, Qua made me feel very comfortable. He made sure the pressure of the nail buffer was okay and was extremely accommodating. The communication between staff and client is excellent. I showed him a pic of a nail design I liked and he emulated it exactly. I never felt any pressure to leave or rushed. Everyone is friendly including the clientele. My suggestion is to get there early on the weekend or make an appointment. They get pretty busy, and rightfully so. Read Less

So I just moved in the lawncrest area and I was looking for a new nail salon when I came across little nail boutique. When I walked in I was automatically greeted by friendly faces all the while the ambiance was extremely inviting and cozy. I received a mani pedi which was awesome.
