Went in for a full set today, asked for a specific polish pattern, I look to check, he got all jiggy wit it. Don't even live close, but they earned my return business after one visit

So I spent 70$ on nails eyebrows in eyelashes done yesterday this morning when I woke up all my eyelashes was on the pillow I told them about it in they hung up the phone on me.

Went there today to get a mani and pedi.Before I got in the chair I saw a roach crawling on the floor, the lady killed it, as I was getting my pedicure done a roach crawled on my arm. Then it was on my shoes.I jumped out of the chair and almost fail. As I walked to the table to get my refill.I saw another one crawling on the floor. The man and lady apologize, But the owner said nothing to me, she didn't even look me in my face. I won't be returning to that salon.

I have been a faithful weekly customer for over a year. My precious nail salon closed, therefore I started coming to this salon. Today was my first time having a different nail technician that just happened to be the female owner. She has a nasty attitude, disrespectful and disposition. She's not that great of a nail technician. Her demeanor was nasty when she started my service.
