I hate this place, they rushed through my pedicure, I got a light color and they did not do enough layers, the only time this place is good is when you get there first thing in the morning when they are fresh and ready for the day any other time forget about it. And 30 dollars for the stuff they did yesterday was ridiculous I should have been charged 10, a 5 year old could have done better. Never going back again

Clearly the people posting that this place is a one star have never been to an actual one star establishment. In the golden age before one could post persnickety reviews online, I happened into a place that thought a metro card was an appropriate tool to scrape off old gel. I was also somewhere that while getting a pedicure, the woman was so focused on the soap opera on TV, she pumiced the skin off the side of my foot. These are one star experiences. I actually had just looked to see what time Paoli Nails was open and found these comments and felt compelled to respond. The salon is clean and friendly. After reading the reviews of the pure horror experienced by these poor souls, I scrutinized my gel manicure much more than I normally would and found it to be completely acceptable. I hope life remains so good for these easily traumatized individuals. Paoli Nails is not a bad nail salon.

i absolutely hated my experience. i had Luu do my nails with the dip powered and they are all different lengths. and i was so upset i almost didn't pay. also, they have 200 colors displayed for the dip powder and only have 175 available. this salon is ridiculous and i would never go back. i would never recommend it.

I came to Paoli nails to get my nails and my kids nails done. The staffs were friendly, the place is clean and beautiful and the jobs were done wonderfully. Very happy.

People were very nice. However, my pedicure polish looks like it was done by a child. As for my manicure, polish looked great, but was old and wouldn't dry properly. I spent too much money for the job that was done and now have to spend more somewhere else for a polish change done properly. Waste of time and money!!

I was visiting the area and got a gel manicure for Christmas. I used to come to Paoli Nails in high school/college and was excited to go back. The place looks great but the work was pretty bad. After less than a week, my gel nails began coming off. Whenever I get them done at various salons in LA, they last for 3 weeks and are absolutely perfect for the first 2 weeks, the fact that they began coming off after a few days, is disappointing. Also, the lady who did my nails was pretty unfriendly.

Haven't been here in over a year at least. I'm from out of town but this place is conveniently located down the street a few miles. Located in the Acme shopping center just to the right next to supercuts so lots of ample parking!When you walk this facility is brightly lit with manicure stations located at the front- 6 of them I believe and another 3 located just past a central waiting seating area that is located in the center of the room. There are 10 pedi massage chairs to the rear portion of the salon.I was promptly greeted by a woman seated at one of the manicure stations. I did not have an appointment. I came for a gel mani and a regular pedi. They welcomed my 3 year old son whose used to coming with me.Half way into my manicure the technician proceeded to place a heated neck wrap on my neck & shoulders and gently started massaging! WHOA! What a treat! I would have paid for this added service! It was a good 10 + minute massage. I almost fell asleep! I was then moved to a massaging pedi station where the rest of my service resumed.Pleasant staff. Clean & thorough!There's even a sign that says "disposable basin liner available upon request."I'll be back for sure!

I hate this place, they rushed through my pedicure, I got a light color and they did not do enough layers, the only time this place is good is when you get there first thing in the morning when they are fresh and ready for the day any other time forget about it. People were very nice. However, my pedicure polish looks like it was done by a child. As for my manicure, polish looked great, but was old and wouldn't dry properly. I spent too much money for the job that was done and now have to spend more somewhere else for a polish change done properly. Waste of time and money!!
