Nail Pampering Parlour has been my go-to salon for over a year. I get a bi-weekly gel manicure. They are meticulous about layering thin coats of color to prevent chips; which leaves my nails looking as good on the last day, as they did on the first!  When I have damaged the paint (typically with a kitchen knife or a cheese grater), the owner is happy to fix it because she takes pride in her business and a long-lasting, beautiful manicure advertises the quality of their work. I've been going to Nail Pampering Parlour for the last few months now. They will have me as a customer for as long as I live near there. I love this place. June and Lynn are the NICEST people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Not only is their customer service the best I've ever received (and believe me...I've been to many nail salons in the area over the years...no one else comes close to these ladies), but also my nails always look phenomenal. I'm talking perfection because if they or you notice a minor imperfection in their application, they will correct it with a smile. They're both very personable and they truly care about their clients and their happiness. I seriously can't rave about them enough. Just a tip to future clients, I would recommend calling and booking an appointment with them because they are only two people and they are very popular (because of how great they are). I absolutely love it here- I have been getting regular mani/pedis for years now and have always struggled to find a spot that I want to keep going back to. I have finally found the place!My nails look absolutely amazing. The other 3 people who were also getting their nails done while I was in there all made comments about how their nails have lasted. One woman said, she drives 40 minutes out of the way to go here- she just can't find any place like it.The staff is so kind. They genuinely care about you and your service. I came here for the first time a couple weeks ago and will absolutely be back. I'm a bartender so I'm always using my hands and polish never lasts long (my last gel manicure from a different salon lasted 3 days, the one before that lasted 10) but the gel polish I got from here is still going strong after two weeks with no chips. I love this place - having moved 3 times in a short year span I will still always come back here no matter where I end up. The salon is so clean and bright and new which is the first thing you notice. All the ladies here are ridiculously nice which is the second thing you notice - everyone takes their time and never makes you feel rushed whether you're a regular or not. I would recommend making an appointment anywhere you go if you don't want to wait. I love that they always keep to their appointments, they never try to just squeeze someone in or leave you soaking for an hour. All in all for the service you get the prices are worth it for the atmosphere and my gel lasts a solid 3-4 weeks even with as fast as my nails grow. Read Less

I had an appointment on Saturday, August 19, it was truly a pleasant, relaxing experience. June, the owner is so professional and personable and treats customers like she values their business. She explained, in detail the natural products she uses and the ingredients. Jessie did my manicure and she was so conscientious, diligent and focused. And she was pleasant as well. I made an appointment with Nail Pampering Parlour for a manicure, and arrived on Saturday, August 19, 2017.  I was greeted by June, the owner, who was extremely personable and friendly.  She instructed Jessie to service me.  Jessie was very polite, professional and diligent.  Jessie gave me a thorough, extensive manicure.  She was focused and made me feel like my nails were her primary concern.  June was simultaneously overseeing the entire operation while being personable and pleasant. She explained all of the natural ingredients in the products that she uses and how she mixes them herself.  Her conversation with me made me feel at ease, comfortable and special.  This was the BEST manicure I have received, and I am very particular about who works on my hands and feet.  June's professionalism, integrity and strong work ethic are evidenced in the Nail Pampering Parlour.  Her staff  are respectful and pleasant.  The Salon has a very peaceful, soothing, relaxing ambiance, and was extremely clean and bright.  If you want to get A+ treatment and outstanding services, I suggest that you visit the Nail Pampering Parlour.   (:) Read Less

If I could give 0 stars I would. Have tried this nail salon twice. First time, brought my 9 month old who cooed and squealed at the site of the owner's Chiuaua who runs around loose. Owner made comments about his noise and behavior and hid her dog in her seat.Second time, today, I stopped in and made an appointment for later in the afternoon. When I returned, owner put my feet in water with no indication of delay. 10 minutes later I inquired into time (as I had to get home to my baby since I did not bring him along this time) and was told 5 more minutes. 20 minutes later, I left. If she had just communicated to me, I could've either rescheduled, come back or gone somewhere else.  Very disappointing. Read Less

Fabulous place. You get so much value for your money! The owner is always on site and cares that every customer is well taken care of and very pleased with their service. The owner is very kind, thoughtful, and sweet. Also, the salon itself is incredibly clean; all the instruments and tubs are meticulously taken care of. I feel truly pampered when I leave, and my nails have never looked better!! I recommend this salon to anyone searching for a great nail salon. This is a really mixed review for me.  The store is very clean and organized, and the team is talented.  My wife was happy with her mani/pedi, and I was happy with the pedi.  The massage chairs weren't great but not a big deal.  If I were only rating on that, I would give them a 4 or 5 star rating.  But, when I checked out, the girl at the counter forgot to charge me the "gel up charge".  I paid, and then sat in the front waiting for my wife.  Soon after, the owner came to ask what I was charged for, and when she realized they missed the up charge, she began yelling at the girl, who was clearly very embarrassed and sorry.  It was definitely over the top and inappropriate, especially with the customer sitting 3 feet in front!  When I went to pay the difference, she then acted totally nice and said she was sorry and it wasn't the girls fault, like I hadn't seen her yelling at her 3 seconds before!  They could be so much better if they just learned to teach people and treat them with respect.  3 stars is probably generous, but I won't destroy them as they do their employees! You can tell she puts in a lot of care and thought into her salon, unlike other places where the owner is never there and the employees barely care if you are happy or not! While visiting from out of town I decided to pop into this salon for a last minute mani/pedi. The ladies here were so sweet and accommodating. It is a very clean and calming environment. You definitely get the pampered vibe here with the soothing music, plush chairs, and the gratis hot tea that's offered while you settle in.
