My nails turned out wonderful but my eyebrows ... What eyebrows! I told the lady not thin to just clean them up. My eyebrows arent twins and there was some hair i had to pluck myself that was so noticeably tweezable for the lady to get but they like to do half ass jobs i guess. I worked here for almost 4 years. Everyone knows me as the white girl who did good designs and nails. I catered to every need even if yelled at by the boss. I will never work for her again. She is disgusting. Not only her attitude or her customer service but her nails supplies. The day I left I called the health board. She doesn't clean the pumis stones or brushes and has given ringworm to multiple clients. She once had maggots growing on them and washed the maggots off and continued to use the pumis stones. She doesn't use new gloves. She lets them dry from the last customer and makes employees reuse them. I've had to get burn cream from the calus remover burning my skin due to her lack of care for customers and employees. She has pushed me and grabbed my face and yelled at me on more than one occasion and her husband has very bad anger issues and insists upon yelling about everything which makes a horrible environment for customers. She blames each customer at fault for her horrible nail job. She's not friendly and doesn't meet customer needs and that's not professional for business. I feel bad for every customer that is unaware of how un clean she is. Read Less

Love this place!!! I'm not sure why there are negative reviews and ratings that are below 4 stars, I wouldn't go anywhere else! I have been coming to C & T Nails for over a year, and have ZERO complaints. The Staff is extremely friendly, patient and accommodating, especially to those with disabilities. I have trouble walking, and the Staff always help me into and out of my chair, as well as help getting on chaise lounge to have my eyebrows waxed.Read Less

A wedding party went here, needless to say there was 8 girls 4unhappy bridesmaids a crying bride. It was a messsssss!! Non of the wedding party will be back. So un professional and blamed the bride for the issue. It was very upsetting. Do not recommend. Read Less

This nail salon has the worse service! The people are so rude and they had a man doing my nails who took so long just to refill my nails, I was in the shop for almost 2 hours! There's so much more that happened in that one visit, I will never go there again. I wish I could give no stars Read Less

Looking forward to getting my nails done today. I just started getting my nails done with my daughter about a year ago. We have tried several places and keep coming back to C&T. Sometimes it gets a little crazy in there, but busy is good. Each time, our nails look fabulous, never any fading, cracking ,chipping or worn off polish. Except for needing to fill. Our nails look as good when we go back as they did when we left. No more salon hopping for us. Read Less

I get it, Friday at 3:30 is a busy time, I don't mind waiting. But for Christ sake if you don't have the time to do the job right then don't do it! I have been getting my eyebrows done for years, and honestly as a man who gets this done once a month I know when you don't give a crap about what you are doing. The woman who did my eyebrows was at first spending time on another woman's nail extensions (which I assume cost $70+), and then left her to quickly come to the wax room,... and spent less than 2 min waxing my eyebrows, and didn't use the tweezers at all, and then she tells me she's done. I asked not once but THREE times to fix the areas that obviously needed to be tweezed. By the third time she was obviously more interested in getting back to service the customer with the more expensive service, and so she plucked unwarranted the end of my right eyebrow to a point were it was so uneven with the other that I just told her to stop. Oh, I paid her the $7 damn dollars with a $3 tip because we all have mouths to feed, but I swear to God I will NEVER go back to this place for eyebrow services again! Listen C&T Nail Salon management, your employees are working on people's faces, and should take the time and effort to not rush a service you provide just because it's not the most expensive one you offer. If your employees are busy, and can't do the job correctly because they are busy then tell them to either ask customers to wait for a reasonable amount of time or TO NOT DO THE SERVICE AT ALL. In my 15 years of getting my eyebrows done from all over the world this was the WORST I have ever had. I will be sure to write this review anywhere I can and tell all my colleagues, and acquaintances in the Oxford area to NEVER come to get work done at C&T Nail Salon. You had one job, and you blew it. The owner is not very polite. She was more worried about other patrons than myself. She kept leaving me sit. She than rushed my gel polish and in turn it's peeling and chipping. I will never go back. The only person worth while there is the lady who does the pedicures and polishes the nails, I think her name is Carly. Read Less
