This place deserves better than a 3 star average. They do get busy because they are so good, so sometimes they rush, but I'm usually in a hurry and ok with that as long as it doesn't change the quality (which it never has). I've been to many nail salons and come out of my way to get a mani pedi here because they are that good. I've had the best pedicures I've ever had here (and I've had many all over NJ/PA) They use hot towels and hot stones on every regular pedi, you also get a chair massage while drying your nails. Got an awesome pedicure! They have massage chairs and hot towels for you neck. We went in the winter and they give you socks that are open for your toes to be exposed but the rest of your foot is warm! Read Less

I've never written a google review before, but I want to help someone out. This is not where you want to go! I walked in, asked for a gel manicure, and was seated immediately (which is good). However, I was rushed. The lady pushed back my cuticles with such force, and left my nail beds looking beat. I chose a white color (based on the samples), but when the lady started painted my nails, they were pink! It was my fault for not stopping her, but she was going so fast. The color is nice, but it was not the color that was presented. The polish ended up looking sheer, and they don't look very professional. There is a very slim chance that I will be returning. I’ve been coming here for years. But I won’t be coming back. Each time they rush me out of here a little bit more. They change their prices casually from week to week and are terribly overpriced. For the amount you pay, you get pretty poor service for the price you pay. They are rude and weird about money. I used to love it here, but I won’t be back sad to say. Read Less

I have been here twice and both times I got a manicure with Maria, she is really good and meticulous with her work My nails lasted long and they were regular polish !!Definitely recommend her as the manicurist!!Place is clean and great selection of regular polish and gel. I used to be a regular here when I lived in the area a couple years back and was in town visiting a friend. I found that the service had definitely gone down since. I had a gel manicure & pedicure. Both were done at the same time and were super rushed. The water for my pedicure tub was luke warm and the tech barely exfoliated the soles of my feet. As far as the gel manicure goes, most nails weren't completely painted and I have polish on the skin next to one of my nails. And because it's gel it's nearly impossible for me to remove. I can't believe how overpriced it is. went here because I got a gift certificate. I felt like I was being rushed out of there. I got a pedicure and a manicure and they did it at the same time which I thought was really odd and they barely massage my legs my feet or my hands I was out in like 20 minutes. I will say that they did a good job on painting my nails but they didn't do much otherwise. the place that I usually go to spend time massaging and relaxing you and it's so much cheaper. Very disappointed, and bad service. Yes, it was busy today because easter is tomorrow, and people were packed. The lady who did ny nail was in bad condition. It seems like she was sick and didn't feel good, and she actually expressed right front of me. I was there to relax and enjoy manicure, but she made me very uncomfortable and disappointed.
