First time getting my nails done ever! She made them way longer than I wanted, and the polish job leaves a lot to be desired. today i got a color on my nails because they were already filled, KIM did not take the time to clean up my nails I sat down in the chair at 1:12 and was out of the chair at 1:15, she threw polish on and didn’t even get the top coat on fully, I asked her to shape them and she didn’t even shape them SHE BUFFED THEM, do not recommend!! I only gave it one star because there’s not an option for ZERO! The worst experience of my life in a salon. They were very disrespectful and my nails look terrible. I asked for coffin nails and got all different shapes of nails. She let the acrylic drop on my fingers and left it there until it was time to file. She even asked me to show her how long and she still cut them way shorter than what I wanted . Never going back they look terrible and everyone agrees ! Read Less

This place is a joke! My mom and I had an appointment at 7pm, but since they closed at 8pm they were rushing big time. The manicurist cut my cuticle with the electric drill and didn't even say sorry, just continued working like nothing happened. The manager was extremely rude as well. He asked my mom to sit at a different table but she couldn't understand him because of his heavy accent. When she asked him to repeat himself he asked her "did you go to high school".. basically insinuated that she was dumb because she didn't understand what he said. Meanwhile, my mom has a master's degree . As if that wasn't enough unprofessionalism, the manicurist who worked on my nails was not only rude but extremely slow. She smudged my nail polish and then blamed me. Saying "be careful, it's almost 9 o'clock and I'm ready to go home". Like it was myself she took 100 years to do my nails. Long story short, they are very rude. Don't waste your time or money going to this place. They may have decent prices but it's not worth the trouble. It's clear that they hate what they do. The lady was on the phone half of the time while doing my nails. They was crooked and then she had the nerve to over charge me for a mani and pedi. Will not suggest this place. That is why they have a 3 star. Read Less

I have been going to this salon for more than 12 years. They always do a fabrastic job. They are all very nice and helpful. Their prices have always been reasonable and they are always accommodating. Horrible! She didn't wrap my nails to take the gel polish off. Instead, she filled a bowl with acetone for me to soak my nails in and then kept using the dremmel to grind the polish, and my natural nail, away. She then cut me while trimming my cuticles because she was looking at the other lady talking to her, didn't shape my nails after trimming them, didn't apply a base coat, globbed the polish on, and made an absolute mess. I think the worst part was watching her pour the used acetone from the bowl back into the bottle. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.Read Less
