STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! If I could give negative stars, I would. (A much better recommendation is at the bottom of this review.) Absolutely the !!!WORST!!! nail experience I have ever had and I am not usually one to write a review, especially a negative one (everyone has a bad day every once in a while) but this guy, let me tell you, had so much attitude when I asked to have one nail redone for my gel manicure. He is not conversational and will straight up IGNORE your attempts at a pleasant conversation. What I thought was a silver was a clear with silver sparkles. So I was thinking silver on everything except ring fingers to go a sparkly black (cute). He put the black on first as I realized the "silver" was clear making the black now look kinda silly. I asked to have the one black nail redone and just deal with the clear sparkles and it was just ALL over his face and body language that he was pissed. He was putting things down too hard, grabbing my hand impatiently, etc. He also painted up to my cuticles (not good practice), and onto my skin on some nails, totally piled on the sparkles on one side of a couple nails and left the other sides almost completely bare! He totally missed the sides of some of them so there's NO NAIL COLOR AT All. He did not cap the nails so they will peal very soon, his brush technique was COMPLETE garbage, rushed, and uneven. The cuticle trim was rushed. The "massage" at the end was literally 10 seconds on each hand. One part on one of my hands weren't even touched with lotion and the other hand had way too much. There was no hot towel. Absolutely. Horrible. Experience. He got no tip. Oh! And then after I left, I noticed in his rush and lack of care, the flecks from the black paint are now infused on some of my nails! Are you freaking kidding me??? I am disgusted. On the other hand, I highly recommend Lush Lacquer Nail Bar a few stores away! They are a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for! You are offered from a selection of alcoholic or non alcoholic drinks, your nail service and color are discussed ahead of time with pros and cons for what you're looking for, your manicurist is normally sociable, and the attention to detail is impeccable!!! 5-star glam... They are the best... I have ever experienced. I will never "betray" this nail salon again. I only chose this crap one because they were booked solid! Screw this nail salon. It is obvious they don't give a crap about quality customer service. If the owner had any good sense, she'd fire him immediately. I was so displeased, I almost wanted to argue to not pay for this disaster. Read Less
