This salon is the worst. The customer service is awful. Imaging 3 women sitting around chatting and acting like you're an inconvenience only to pawn you off to the man outside smoking. Thought I would try this place instead of going to the Nail Bar. And I wish I never did. We walked in and there was no one was the desk so we stood there until someone noticed us. We got checked in and walked back to our seats. No one helped to turn on the chairs, or even bothered. The water was ungodly hot and they use these plastic bags in the tubs which just seem lazy and cheap to me. My technician was doing a fine job but spent WAY too much time on my legs and not on my feet. At the end, my feet still look dry, i have nail polish all over my toes, and my nails were not cut and filed evenly. Their only solution to fixing the problem was putting another coat of polish on. So I said no thanks, paid and left. Guess I will have to stick with the Nail Bar from now on. Read Less

Their hygiene practices for waxing are sub par. The skin was not cleansed before waxing. The same wax stick was used over and over(double dipping). She blew on the wax(her germs going on my face). And she removed skin under my eyebrow where the skin was healthy(not dry or anything) also she did not trim my eyebrows which is typical done with eyebrow waxing. This salon is gorgeous, clean, and accommodating to all customers. They really go above and beyond for all of your nail services! I have never seen a nail salon with such a variety of colors to choose from! My dip powder nails last for at least 3 weeks and my hands are in water all day. Highly recommend! Read Less

Tina is awesome. Everyone is friendly especially the front desk manager. I called for a 615 pedi and mani and didn't know but he explained they close at 7. I told him no problem  that I'd just get the mani. When I came in he said they would have no pricked doing both - I felt bad so just said the manner was fine.... they ended up doing both, making me a drink and not rushing me out at all. Read Less

Do not go to this place. My girlfriends and I went to this place to get our eye lashes done and it turn to be a complete nightmare. First of all we made an appointment and when we arrived there one of my girlfriends went first and they are trying to convinced her to get the individual eye lashes which cost $100.00 we clearly specified we wanted the flare lashes which are $30.00. After a back and ford conversation we see one of the ladies who work there run to ULTA to buy the eyelashes. REALLY? First red flag. when she came back she took one of us and after 45 minutes we started to get worry because she was not coming out. We keep seeing a lot of people coming in and out of the room. My other girlfriend walked in after realizing that something was going on and she found our friend crying her eyes out because her eyes were hurting her and was not able to see right. The lady POKED her in the eye with the eyelash and and there was glue inside her eye. Keep in mind this is our first time here. We went to get eyelashes in other places and we know how long it takes and how they feel. They took over 1 hr. 5 different people tried to put them on, and my friend was just in so much pain. When she was "done" she wanted to charge her I told them I would not pay for the crappy job they did. They owner came out and she explained to us that was the first time this girl put eyelashes, are you serious? Do we look like guinea pigs to you? well we walked out and the owner walked out to us followed us to the car trying to make our friend feel better and she said we still have to pay. I OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T PAY. This place is a nightmare, staff very disorganized, the place looks nice but the service is awful, they didn't even offered us the complementary drinks they said they offer. The staff was so nice and welcoming. I got a pedi and a gel mani, both were absolutely amazing, the staff took their time and didn't make me feel rushed. Enjoyed a complimentary mimosa during my mani/pedi as well! The environment is very clean and relaxing! This is my new go to place for my nails! Read Less

First time here, atmosphere was great nice and bright and clean. Got the mani pedi and loved having my legs rubbed with an orange! (Who knew!?) My hands and toes needed it and they did a great job! Will be coming back for sure! Read Less

Went to this place for the first time tonight, I wanted to love it but end up leaving very disappointed. The ambience is beautiful and they did a lovely job decorating. That's about it. My pedicure took over a half hour to get started, my girlfriend was done by the time mine even began. The water was literally cold in the basin. The real kicker was having not 1, not 2, but FIVE fingers literally drip blood because of how closely she trimmed to my skin during my manicure. It took almost 15 minutes to clean that up before another girl could start painting the nails. No discount offered, just an apology and a full price charge. I will say the second technician who took over to paint them did do it with care and tried her best. I think this place could be really amazing but their technicians need some serious help. I can't imagine a lot of people would be thrilled with a similar experience to mine tonight. Read Less
