I had an appointment, they take too many people at the same time. While having a pedicure the girl went and did a manicure on someone else, she didn't do all that was supposed to be done for a pedicure. While my polish was drying on my toes she did my manicure in my lap and with the wrong polish, she said it would change under the lights, it didn't. Don't think I'll be going back.

Very sad to say but I had been a very loyal customer of Tony for 4 years but I cannot go back. The last time my nails were filled by Tony he ground the underneath free edge of my nails causing them to dry and crack. Apparently water made its way between the acrylic and my nail creating a green fungus that I was unaware of due to the dark polish I was wearing. When I went for a regular 2 week fill Tony was not there so Crystal offered to do the fill. The moment she started removing the polish on one nail we could see green fungus very prominetly under the acrylic. I asked her how to treat it, she said take off the nail and fix it. So she removed the acrylic which was quite painful then she filed the nail and put a liquid on the natural nail and proceeded to fill the remaining nails. She returned to the "treated" nail which she filed again and no green was evident so she put a new tip on and filled it as usual. Well just a few days later could see the green yet again under the acrylic. I removed all 10 of acrylic and had the Dr. prescribe a treatment for my nails. Let me tell you it's painful removing acrylic and being bare after 4 years of constant acrylic. Lesson hard learned.

service was great, very friendly and accomadated the fact that I had a 2 year old with me. my nails look BEAUTIFUL and am happy with the results.
Also, it's a clean environment, which of course is important.
Some of their options are a little outdated. Having moved from NYC, I was accustomed to newer options. But for a small town, it's a great nail salon that I'll deff be going back to.

They do a wonderful job and my nails always look pretty. The manicure lasts at least two weeks with no chips, cracks or peels. Very friendly place. Immaculately clean.

Best place in town!! Prices are great and the staff is friendly. I've been to Hazleton, Wilkes Barre and other salons but Crystal Nails is #1 by far.

I had an appointment, they take too many people at the same time. While having a pedicure the girl went and did a manicure on someone else, she didn't do all that was supposed to be done for a pedicure. Very sad to say but I had been a very loyal customer of Tony for 4 years but I cannot go back. The last time my nails were filled by Tony he ground the underneath free edge of my nails causing them to dry and crack. Apparently water made its way between the acrylic and my nail creating a green fungus that I was unaware of due to the dark polish I was wearing. When I went for a regular 2 week fill Tony was not there so Crystal offered to do the fill. The moment she started removing the polish on one nail we could see green fungus very prominetly under the acrylic. I asked her how to treat it, she said take off the nail and fix it. So she removed the acrylic which was quite painful then she filed the nail and put a liquid on the natural nail and proceeded to fill the remaining nails. She returned to the "treated" nail which she filed again and no green was evident so she put a new tip on and filled it as usual. Well just a few days later could see the green yet again under the acrylic. I removed all 10 of acrylic and had the Dr. prescribe a treatment for my nails. Let me tell you it's painful removing acrylic and being bare after 4 years of constant acrylic. Lesson hard learned.

service was great, very friendly and accomadated the fact that I had a 2 year old with me. my nails look BEAUTIFUL and am happy with the results.
Also, it's a clean environment, which of course is important.
Some of their options are a little outdated. Having moved from NYC, I was accustomed to newer options. But for a small town, it's a great nail salon that I'll deff be going back to.

They do a wonderful job and my nails always look pretty. The manicure lasts at least two weeks with no chips, cracks or peels. Very friendly place. Immaculately clean.
