I highly do not recommend anyone going here. We visited Poconos for a short vacation and we decided to go to a nail salon. This one was nearby and boy, what a mistake. The lady working there was indescribably rude, short tempered and clearly did not want to do her job. Her constant expression of frustration over something unknown to us (we are not her therapists) gave us an impression that we were not welcomed. Her toxic attitude just completely ruined our experience. The price is pretty expensive compare to what’s available in New York City, and my girlfriend and I definitely do not think they deserved a single dime. We left in a hurry before the nails were even dried. All the employees in that salon needs to learn how to treat customers, but their mentality and negative personas, I doubt they think there was anything wrong with themselves. Clearly that is a recipe for disaster in any business landscape. I won’t be surprise all of their business will run over to another nail salon down the street with better reviews.

Nice staff nails look amazing will see if they last. I got them done last week at the place right across the street and with in 4 days I had 3 broken one even popped off as if it were press on. Will review again next week to say if they lasted :).
UPDATE:2/5/
so I got gel nails last week and I'm so happy to say they lasted. Very happy with that. I also got alot of compliments on them. I'm going back for a fill this week and plan on getting them done every week and a half or so. Will update again. After the fill!

Happy nails use to be my favorite place to go to get my nails done, not anymore went last Friday 8/25/17 it is now 8/31/17 and they are already lifting. I asked for acrylic and got get had to pay an extra $20 for what I didn't want they are lucky I even paided them. Time to find a new nail salon never going back!

I really liked the first time I went there for my eyebrows since lovely nails was busy, but the second time I went was bad. I went there for eyebrows to be done and the lady that did it last time didn...
I really liked the first time I went there for my eyebrows since lovely nails was busy, but the second time I went was bad. I went there for eyebrows to be done and the lady that did it last time didn't do it this time. A random guy did it and he did it different too he cut my brows and then waxed instead of waxing and then cutting anyways one side has an arch and the other looks more straight. The brow that looks more straight looks like he made three cuts at the top, it just looks really stupid and I'm pissed off. It's the most uneven result I've ever got definitely not going back again for eyebrows I'll b returning to lovely nails.

No one acknowledged me upon arriving (After reading other reviews I was not expecting this). First they hand wash their nail tools (clippers..etc). They are not sterilized with in an autoclave. Second I have gel nails. Instead of wrapping every nail with cotton ball soaked in acetone and wrap the finger with foil they put your fingers in bowl with acetone. Your skin is exposed to and sucking up the acetone! After my nails were soaking the man that did my nails then sucked up the acetone into the bottle to reuse for the next customer! EWWWW!!!!

hey are horrible the guy cut my mothers finger and immediately stuck his own dirty finger on the cut where there was blood spilling out...and the the lady who works there sad she didn't want to do nai...
hey are horrible the guy cut my mothers finger and immediately stuck his own dirty finger on the cut where there was blood spilling out...and the the lady who works there sad she didn't want to do nails because she was tired and was going to sleep i will def be calling state boards on them because thats nasty and not how you take care of blood

I highly do not recommend anyone going here. We visited Poconos for a short vacation and we decided to go to a nail salon. This one was nearby and boy, what a mistake. The lady working there was indescribably rude, short tempered and clearly did not want to do her job. Her constant expression of frustration over something unknown to us (we are not her therapists) gave us an impression that we were not welcomed. Her toxic attitude just completely ruined our experience. The price is pretty expensive compare to what’s available in New York City, and my girlfriend and I definitely do not think they deserved a single dime. We left in a hurry before the nails were even dried. so I got gel nails last week and I'm so happy to say they lasted. Very happy with that. I also got alot of compliments on them. I'm going back for a fill this week and plan on getting them done every week and a half or so. Will update again. After the fill!

No one acknowledged me upon arriving (After reading other reviews I was not expecting this). First they hand wash their nail tools (clippers..etc). They are not sterilized with in an autoclave. Second I have gel nails. Instead of wrapping every nail with cotton ball soaked in acetone and wrap the finger with foil they put your fingers in bowl with acetone. Your skin is exposed to and sucking up the acetone! After my nails were soaking the man that did my nails then sucked up the acetone into the bottle to reuse for the next customer! EWWWW!!!!

hey are horrible the guy cut my mothers finger and immediately stuck his own dirty finger on the cut where there was blood spilling out...and the the lady who works there sad she didn't want to do nails because she was tired and was going to sleep i will def be calling state boards on them because thats nasty and not how you take care of blood
