I asked for pink and white ombré and was there for an hour and half and had to stop the service to come back. It looked like I asked for all white nails that had a foggy look to them. He told me it would be $35 and then when I was in a rush to leave because he took forever, he charged me $45. Of course he refused a refund and didn’t offer to fix them.. like I would even let him! Wish I could post a picture. Head to yelp, they’ll be there.

The most unprofessional place of business. Twice had an appointment and was told I needed to wait 20-30 minutes. Then laughed about it. Very rude.

It's very clean and people are nice but the girl barely massaged my feet at all during pedicure and that's the whole reason why I love pedicures. Won't be going back.

Worst nail salon EVER. Sat down and waited for over 30 mins. Everyone was rude poor management. Someone came in as a walk in and someone took her instantly. I spoke up and told them that I've been waiting for so long and they did not care to do anything. They denied to do my nails and continued to work with the customer that came in after me. That's discrimination no business like this should be continued. This place should be shut down. I've been living over here for years and never experienced anything like this before. It's horrible.

Very unhappy with my service today the lady who greeted me was rude when I questioned the price on powder and using coupons from phone . I have friends that go here and they are allowed to use coupons...
Very unhappy with my service today the lady who greeted me was rude when I questioned the price on powder and using coupons from phone . I have friends that go here and they are allowed to use coupons even if they are not printed. After your employee painted my toes she passed me off to the other co worker and went and talked about me to the other co workers and I know she was talking about me because I understood a few of her words. I have been there before. If services were not already started on my daughter I would have walked out and I also did not want to cause a seen in front of my kid. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a nail salon in my life. Customer service skills need to be better . I'm disgusted !!!! And leaving a salon I should feel great:(

I've been looking for a new place and this is it. It's very big inside and very clean. Staff is very friendly and fast, but I never felt rushed. They offer facials and additional services. I will be back to check those out. For today it was mani/pedi/wax.

14 pedicure chairs. 10 nail stations. About 3 walls of nail polishes. 40% off grand opening of any nail and foot services until April 30th. Very pretty inside/ very clean. Offer facial services. Have hooks on the nail stations to hang your purse so it doesn't sit on the floor! Very big. If they're well staffed on weekends I cannot imagine waiting very long to be serviced. Saw two thermal humidifiers. The lady didn't scrub my feet/ heels as good as I would have liked. My left nail is a perfect square and the right isn't. I'm really picky about that. I would go again and take advantage of the 40% for sure.
