Don't use there atm machine you will be charged by your bank. There is a sign stating free if you are a customer of nail shop. Not true. Called shop to state that I was charge for using their atm machine and one of their operators hang the phone up on me. They should tell customers that they don't except debit cards. Read Less

Never again... Today was my first day here and when my sister and I arrive we were greeted at the door with an older woman. We told her we both wanted a full set and a pedicure. Soo my sister went to get her pedicure first and I went to get my full set (by the older lady). Well as I am getting my nails glued on the lady stops doing my nails and runs to the front of the shop to tell someone else to come sit down so she could start her nails. As I’m patiently waiting for her to come back she tells me “10 more mins”. First thing I think is “ok 10 minutes wouldn’t hurt” but nooo 10 minutes turned into 15 minutes then into 20 minutes. Mind you all the only thing I’ve gotten so far was just the nails glued on nothing else!! Fast forward to me actually getting my nails done.... as she’s doing my nails (filing & buffering) she starts to get really rough with my fingers and pulling each finger. As I noticed her getting rough, my cuticles start hurt. When I peeked at my nails my cuticles were bleeding and the lady pretended as If she didn’t noticed as she chatted away and giggled with the older lady next to her. At the end of getting my nails done I noticed all of the nails were really big on me and the polish looked like they rushed. My overall experience there was horrible and I’ll never return because they are unprofessional and their prices does not match their own quality of work. Read Less

I personally only like Jennifer, I don't appreciate that they push for gel and higher priced services. It's also very insulting when they speak their language when they speak very well English. I'm one having no problem telling them what *I WANT* I'm paying for it! But, I see lots of other customers offended. They really should change their ways of business. They'd be more successful. I had the worst experience of my life at this salon. I went to this salon 1/1/17 for a nail repair the tech did not know what she was doing it took the acrylic 10 min to dry. Then she filed my skin to low. After she was done that night I went home and it broke I called the next and I advise the nail broke they said come in and they will fix it. I went back and the tried to send me to the same tech I advised I wanted a different person to do it. Well the next woman was no better she never removed the previous acrylic off my nail she just filed it down some and put the new tip on top. Then she got upset because I told her she was filing my skin and it hurt. Once she was done she put only 1 coat of polish and said I was done. When I asked her for a second coat she started to yell and say she gave me 2 coats. I had to show my other nail to her and tell her she didn't. I did acrylic nails and they were fabulous!  The woman was efficient and listened to me when I explained what I wanted. The reason for the 3 stars is because I also had my toes done.  The place got very busy and the woman, who was doing my toes, had a lot to get through.  Unfortunately, that took away from the effort on my gell toes.  The conversation regarding what I wanted was not understood and I did not get what I wanted. We went here to get gel polish done and it was supposed to be pink and the lady did my nails blue after she told me she didn't like the shade pink i picked out. and then after she was done i told her i did not really like it and it wasn't done how i had asked, she told me i was being stupid. I told my mother who was paying for my nails and my mom complained and the lady smacked me and told me i was ungrateful. the lady doing my mothers nails and the woman doing mine kept arguing back and forth and started to fight. all i wanted was pink gel with a flower...  so when she finally said she'll fix it, she charged us extra to take it off and then the regular price for the gel polish and design so we paid double..never going back Read Less

I went here and had a not such great experience, the nail tech was rude and my nails looked nothing like what I asked for... after expressing this the owner reached out and asked me to come back in to get my nails fixed... This nail salon is beyond terrible, do not ever go here. They not only messed my nails up so badly and was nothing like I asked for they SCAMMED ME. I got a ombré acrylic set with gel and the woman said it was $50 I should've known something was up when she wouldn't let me see my nails and her n an older woman her age were mumbling things in their language. when I left and already paid I saw my nails and went right back because my friends nails (which got so much more Don't to them) were way cheaper than mine and when I told them they told me to get out.NEVER EVER GO HEREE. I used to go to this place all the time, they were great. After a couple years I went back there to get my nails done for MY WEDDING because they were always so good and this time they were awful. The guy was on his phone the whole time. Every nail was crooked and a different length. I asked them to fix them and they refused. They told me the problem was that my fingers are crooked. Vivi nails is the best nail spot I've been to in a while. They are super sweet and actually talk to you. Thuy aka Tracey does my nails and is the best. She has done so many different designs for me. At other places they make you feel like they don't have time for that. Also I take my grandma there as well and her sister Vivian does her nails. my grandma loves her. Wtf!? Stay away. I got a basic pedicure and a gel polish change and my total came to $58 before tip? A pedicure is $28 (which is a few bucks higher for a basic Asian salon pedicure). How did a gel polish (no mani, there was no cuticle care) cost $30??? Because they had to soak off my last? Or because they had to "cut down" my natural nails? I could have went to Artisan Spa and got a legit spa treatment for that price PLUS some spa water. I am outraged and will never ever return here. Plus I had grandma painting my toes and there were lots of Oops. In the past they offered you free drinks or bottled water and it was a nice place to go. Now you can't even find a polish purchased in the last 2 years. Old crusty bottles that are all separated and many generic brands. I will not return here again. For all I know they were Punking me charging me that much and I just didn't question it. To have "spa" in the name is a misnomer.  I don't want to sound rude, but it is the typical Asian nail place.  About eight pedicure chairs and ten nail stations.  It has that acrylic smell to it and the typical busy and noisy feel going on.  There are a lot of colors to choose from that range in brand from higher end like OPI to low quality Wet and Wild.  I find that you get better service and more attention when they aren't as busy.  I've been rushed through a pedicure and also had them last almost an hour.  I think a lot depends on who you end up with as well.  They will try to up charge you, but for the most part aren't all that pushy with it.  Overall, about what you'd expect from a mall salon. I'm not sure why I keep coming back here. Today it was because 90s Nails was closed... But I really mean it this time. This is it for Venetian.I arrived at 12:10pm. I was told that the regular manicure is $28, gel is $34, and because I wanted French, $40. So I got a pedicure for $34 and Gel French mani that was $40. The pedicure was nice, but I forgot to turn the massage chair on until midway through and nobody even offered. I wanted a French pedicure with a little design on my big toe. After I asked, she told me it was $6 extra for a design. SIX. Honestly, how much paint does a flower use? That's outrageous. So I nixed the design and just got a $34 pedicure. She did a good job.Next was my gel mani. I got no massage and no lotion with this $40 manicure. So essentially, paid for her to soak my hands in a bowl of fancy looking rock water and clip my cuticles. She also filed my nail extremely crooked and I had to ask her to even it out. I'm giving you $40. File my nail even. In the middle of my manicure, I started to cough up a lung... I've been battling a nasty head cold and felt bad that I had an episode in the middle of myMani. Only then was I offered a complimentary water... Which I graciously accepted the offer for..... And she forgot to bring me.... Until ten minutes after I stopped coughing.The hand slots with the black light for gel nails was disgusting. It could definitely use a good cleaning as there were nail particles and dust all through it. I didn't even put my hand down the whole way because it was so bad.By this time, it is 2:01. I know his because as I type this, I am still here waiting for my feet to dry, as I was told they needed another 20 minutes. $72 later (they were gracious enough to give me a $2 discount because I got a full set), I walked out petty disappointed. Don't waste your time or your money here, guys. Honestly, just go to 90's, where they accept credit cards and the ATM machine options aren't in incriminates of twenty. Maybe you will enjoy this place, as the staff is friendly and they always do a good job on my paint, but over a 2 hour wait and outrageous prices are not my idea of a good nail salon.Best part of the story- when I left the mall, 90s nails was open. DO NOT waste your time and money here. I used to go to this salon RELIGIOUSLY every 2 weeks for an acrylic fill or full set and pedicure back in 2010-2011. This salon used to be clean, modern, well-kept and professional where you could get an amazing mani/ pedi with full tip sets that lasted and lasted and looked amazing. They also offered free drinks so you could sit and relax, watch tv and have a nice expereince.  This is no longer the case as they have been re-staffed with a new group of rude, outrageous and incompetent workers. I went here on a whim to get a full acrylic set and pedicure for my sisters wedding. I unfortunately took a friend with me who also had to pay and endure the torture with me. Upon walking into the salon the woman who seemed to be "in charge" there was SO RUDE and practically screamed at us to sign in and choose what we wanted. Upon signing in and then telling her that I wanted french mani/pedi she then began to repeatedly ask me "pink or white tip?" over and over again. She was trying to UPCHARGE  me for a very expensive gel/shellac mani/pedi without my knowing. Unfortunately for her this was not my first rodeo at a salon and I knew what she was doing. I had to practically yell and be rude to tell her and each person who worked on my mani pedi that I only wanted an acrylic set and regular pedicure. It was ridiculous the way they were trying to work both myself and my friend into paying more for services we didnt want. In addition to this annoying and obnoxious issue that persisted throughout our 2 hours there, they advertised that there were drinks available for purchase...again yet another downfall from the previous owners and workers. The man who did my friend's pedicure and later my full set of tips was both unprofessional and disturbing. He would not stop talking to my friend and I (butting in on our conversation) and was making fun of us, mocking our voices and things we were saying. He apparently was trolling for tips and trying to be "funny" but it was both rude and INCREDIBLY unprofessional. While putting on my full set he pretended to CUT MY FINGERS OFF WITH THE NAIL SCISSORS and then laughed hysterically about it. I have NEVER EVER been treated so ridiculously at any professional place where I have ever paid for a service. On top of all of this, the standard procedures there are priced WAY too high for the crap quality of "service" there. A standard pedi was over 30.00 and the full set was also 35.00. I asked for a round set of acrylic tips with a french manicure. He put on square tips and cut them down to very awkward shapes, not even resembling rounded nails. If a nail salon cannot even produce the most standard and simple of manicures, they are certainly not worth anyone's time. I will NEVER EVER go back there and will spend my money elsewhere next time I feel like getting a mani or pedi done. I requested to have acrylic removed and a gel mani. The women working there repeatedly tried to talk me into a number of services that I did not want. It took more than an hour and a half to have the acrylic removed and to have a gel mani. The nail tech "Annie" made it quite painful. Customer satisfaction was sorely lacking, as Annie pressed me as to why I did not have children, asked if i was too old, and continued to ask my age, even when i requested that she stop asking such inappropriate questions. I will NEVER return to this terrible salon. High prices & extremely poor customer service are two reasons to avoid this place at all costs. Read Less
