I felt welcomed the moment I walked in the door, was immediately offered coffee or tea and biscotti and ushered to Mia's station to have my nails manicured and gel polished. There was a large selection of colors to choose from, my nails were done to perfection and Mia took the time to be sure I left as a satisfied client. I've been coming to Eclips for several years. I'd give my stylist, Betty, the receptionists, and the salon cleanliness and prices and A+. Not sure what a Brazilian blow out is (as stated in another review) but I have only received haircuts which are very reasonably priced. A special cudos to Betty who has always cut my hair exactly how I've explained it to her. That's rare in a stylist. Read Less

This salon is absolutely horrible. My wife went there to get a Brazilian blow out. She typically pays $40 at Peace of Eden in Pittsburgh. Upon completion of this service, they attempted to charge her $200. However, that was the only issue. The stylist did a hack job on her bangs, and then proceeded to trim her hair, after my wife specifically asked her not to. I spoke with Karen, the owner, and she exhibited no concern at all. If you do not care about receiving quality service, this salon is definitely the place for you. Read Less
