Got home - put on my glasses and saw where polish did not even cover my entire nail on certain toes - I still have "dry heels" since there was no effort to remove callouses even though I paid $35. No base coat so should be peeling off soon... It's hard to find a good pedicure in this town!!! Read Less

I had a really hard time trying to decide how many stars to give this salon. Here's why: first impressions... Absolutely beautiful, stunning building. Great layout. Really friendly and professional staff. Comfortable seating. A ton of options for gel colors. And polish. Super clean. So here's the bad part...... I had a pedicure and a gel manicure. I chose the organic pedicure... Because they didn't have hot stones available. The pedicure was quick even though there was no on...e else in the room... As far as technicality goes, she half scrubbed my feet which left flakes of skin peeling.... She left random rough parts around my nails. I had french tips done but instead if a cute pink and white it's more grey and white.... And the white was left all over the sides of my toes and you can see the line isn't clean. The nail trimming and shipping was only the bare minimum. The same aspect goes for my manicure. It was done dry... Which hurts. I bled three times that day. The edges of my nails are rough. The overall impression of the services performed were that of let's get by with a little as possible and charge high end spa prices. $90 for those two services I expected a lot more than what I got. But.... It was relaxing and a very beautiful environment. I may give them another shot... But for the price and quality of service performed I could go just about anywhere else. It has so much potential though which is why I may choose to give it another try....if they could just provide a bit better quality services I'd have no problem rating it 5 stars if that changes. I booked a wedding party here for five people at 12:30. They were completely shocked when we arrived. We waited in one of the rooms and weren't acknowledged, apologized to, reassured, nothing. We waited 40 minutes until one of my bridesmaids went to grab somebody to get the damn show started. It was honestly the worst pedicure I've ever had. None of us ladies got a top coat. Our pedicures were twelve minutes long at best. We all paid extra for an "advanced" pedicure that incl...uded a cooling gel which none of us received. None of us left with soft/callus free feet since they rushed so quickly. Don't let the cute decor and photo gallery on their website fool you. This place is very unprofessional and did the worst job. Moved to Boise and the first place I tried for a full set of acrylics; the lady next to me said "don't go anywhere else, this is the best customer service and they are the cleanest." Kara has been doing my nails for about 4 months now and I just love the great ideas and new products she always has to show me! She has all the latest styles and technologies for acrylic nails and designs. She does free hand work and it always comes out looking amazing. And she gives a hell of a foot massage! The quality of her work is amazing and the salon itself is a beautiful and relaxing environment with a very clean, modern feel. All of the girls here are really nice and make the whole experience very pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice little salon with fair prices and great atmosphere. Booked our wedding party here for gel pedicures and gel manicures. The three of us are unanimous in a 0-1 star rating. I gave a 1-star because the atmosphere itself is pretty. However, the women that prepped our nails with a dremel, went way too far down. The bride literally looked like she was about to cry, and the rest of us had to ask her to please stop because it felt like our nails were on fire. The woman who completed my "cuticle care" also made me bleed in 10 separate ...locations by carelessly trimming my cuticles back; an average of 1 blood spot per nail. Once our pedicures and gel nail manicure prep work was done, we were handed off to ladies to complete the manicures. I can get over the 3 time attempt at explaining what I wanted done due to language barriers, but the fact that she couldn't properly finish my polish was frustrating. Not her fault entirely- she couldn't let the polish touch the blood around my nail edges. That would be unsanitary. I chose to get a colored French manicure; the color was very sloppy and too thin to cover where my natural nail outgrowth was. So I'm left with an almost $100 job that looks about 3weeks old in every way (regarding the mani). Thankfully, the bride opted not to continue with a manicure. The dremel work was most concerning (causing pain when we placed our feet and nails under the light) as well as the bleeding. If you have to go here for some reason, do not allow them to dremel. Insist on filing. I have no advice to you on the obvious bleeding issues, though. First world problems, I know. Doesn't change the fact that we spent a total of $250+ for us to all have ruined nail beds and cuticles, and poor polish jobs.
