I can't remember the name of the technician that did my nails, but she was the younger of the two women who were there. We had to wait a half hour which was not a big deal. When we came back, they took us back right away. She did a very nice job , was pleasant, and my polish looked amazing. The one downfall was how they cleaned their tools. I didn't notice until I was practically done. It didn't seem very hygienic. The older lady washed both filers ( the ones that look like cheese graters) at the same sink where the clients wash their hands. Then she just tapped them off and put them all in the same bin under the sink. It's unfortunate because they're decently priced and do pretty good work. I won't be going back. Read Less

The name of this salon is pretty telling. The furnishings and equipment definitely look like they are from the 90's, and the polish selection is pretty small. But, they do a pretty good pedicure. They had exactly the orangish red color I was looking for, so that was a plus. The massage chair was comfortable. The nail tech was polite and didn't chit chat, which I appreciate, but still smiled and was generally friendly. She did a particularly nice leg and foot rub, and the leg scrub smelled exactly like a green apple Jolly Rancher, which is a plus in my book.I stupidly wore a maxi dress and smudged my big toe on my way to the dryer. She was very nice about fixing it, and ended up redoing the whole toe as she first selected the wrong polish color. The pedicure looks very good, and the price ($25) is what I remember pedicures costing before they started edging up towards $30 at many salons. Read Less

This place is horrible. Was visiting a friend from out of town and went here to get a pedicure. Pedicure was okay-- they brought out some cheese grater contraption to get calluses off. Hurt and doesn't seem sanitary at all. Also they rush through everything. I wanted French polish. The young guy did it and the polish was horrible super lumpy and looked old. Also he did not do a straight line. I had him take it off and put on an OPI color. That was also lumpy and he got polish all over my cuticles. I had to have him redo a few toes. Went to pay and they charged me extra for French even though they messed it up. They tried to argue with me so I let it go. Needless to say my friend who lives in the area will never be back. I would not go here for any service ever. Read Less

There are four techs here. I used to have acrylics on but have since transitioned to gel manicures. I have come here for both and I can say that after today I won't return. If you're getting a fill you can't beat the quick wait times. The quality is ok, but you have to remember that their primary goal is to get as many people done as quickly as possible. The price point is average. I had a dedicated salon but if I couldn't get in there I would come here. The younger man did my fills most of the time and they were fine. When it comes to polish, he's not so great. The sides are usually missed on the second pass. As for the older lady she gives the best mani-pedis. She's very thorough with the cuticles. The younger woman has given me fills and she's like a robot. The only question she asks is to confirm the polish you're getting. She won't ask if you want them cut. She just fills, polishes, and you're at the dryer. Today she did my gel manicure. She filed my nails then buffed. After that she got a bowl for me to "soak" them. Quotation marks for emphasis... My hands touched the water for a max 10 seconds. I've gotten a few gel manicures at another salon and this was my first one here due to time constraints. It's been 4 weeks since my last one and the polish wasn't even chipped. So I have a pretty good idea of what a quality gel manicure is...This is not quality. I have polish all over my nail bed and one sides. That's one of the main reasons why a gel mani doesn't last. Only one top coat was applied and when I requested for her to polish the tips to seal the nail, she said "I already did". I waited with my hands out until she whipped the top coat out again. I estimate that my polish will stay on a week. Never again!!! Read Less

I had my first pedicure here, so I wouldn't say that I'm a pedicure expert, but I thought this was a fairly enjoyable experience. I bet there are much nicer places in the area, however. This seems to be a cheaper place to get pedicures, so it was fine for what I wanted to pay (about $30).The staff is kind of harsh, and not very friendly. They just kind of point, and tell you where to go. I started out in a massage chair with my feet danging into a little foot jacuzzi with water jets and some kind of bath salt. Then the employee started sanding my feet down and filing my nails, which tickled. After that, he put lotion on my legs and rubbed them from my knees down to my feet. This was probably my favorite part. Next, I told him I wanted a french manicure. The white lines looked like a mess at first, but then he refined them. I don't think he did that great of a job with the white lines--they were a bit uneven and not perfectly symmetrical or rounded. But, they looked OK once the clear polish was on them.Overall, it was fun to feel a little pampered, but I think I'll do my own french pedicure next time--and save my money for a leg massage :-pNote: There is a $10 minimum on credit cards.
