If I could give this 0 starts I would. My friend and I got our nails done 3 days ago. All of the workers were so rude. Our nails look horrible and very sloppy. I got just french tips. My nails are already lifting and they are crooked. And when I told her she blamed it on my cuticle.. definitely won’t be back.

The man gave me a "deluxe pedicure" that was no different than my friend's regular pedicure sorry next to me ( she was charged less). Additionally I got a gel manicure that lasted about two days and started peeling off because he painted my fingers. I specifically asked for a manicure with attention to my cuticles he only did a shotty paint job, he was busy watching something on his phone in a cubby while doing my nails. He did "file" my nails but left the edges rough when he painted them so for the two days they lasted they snagged everything. I will not be back.

The worst nail experience that Ive ever had. I got dip nails but their powder is extremely poor quality- something Ive never seen before Cisel or something similar. He dipped my nails once (usually its 2 or 3). After shaving them down he said “youre done!” The nails werent solid they had streaky inconsistent color. There were even white parts and I picked pink..
Afterwards I told him I didnt like them and Id like to do a gel color on top.. even then they are not even and you can STILL see holes. Honestly worst 30$ Ive ever spent at a nail salon. Will have to go to another nail salon before the wedding im attending this weekend. I just moved here and I WONT be back

I walked in here in a hurry and needed a fill. I am usually hesitant about getting my nails done in malls because if past experience but it was the best thing i did. I got a fill and gel polish. Andy #4 was great!! He did an amazing job. I only had 25 min to get them done and he got me out of there in time, was super nice, and did an amazing job with the shape and color . This is my New favorite nail salon!! Stop looking and get your nails done here!

NEVER in my life I had a gel manicure and a pedicure that was done so badly. FIRST and LAST time going there. Paid $47 for a sloppy job. Many parts were left with nail polish around the cuticles, and many places were missing nail polish on my nails. When I asked them to fix it, they said they wouldn't! I posted pictures, see for yourself.

I would NOT recommend this place. It was the worst pedicure I ever had. I was going on vacation so I wanted to get a pedicure. I decided to spend an extra $20 on gel polish because it lasts much longer than regular nail polish. I paid $42 for my pedicure with gel polish and it started lifting the first day. By the Third day it just came off. WASTE OF MONEY!

I couldn't be more unhappy with my experience here. I asked for a pedicure...meaning their regular $22 pedicure. She said my legs were dry and she had something to put on them... I went from a $22 ped...
I couldn't be more unhappy with my experience here. I asked for a pedicure...meaning their regular $22 pedicure. She said my legs were dry and she had something to put on them... I went from a $22 pedicure to a $35 one without her telling me it was an upcharge for to spread a little salt on my legs. Then she talks me into gel which ok, I knew was an upcharge but a $20 upcharge! I gave her the gel color i wanted, SHE chose the one that she liked because "it was more shiny." My mother picked out a similar color which they did not use either. We both left upset and took two patrons with us who went elsewhere! Don't go here! They bully you into spending tons of money on something you can do yourself at home.

This salon is usually empty when I go and it doesn't make sense. It's a way better mani/pedi than thier larger competitor elsewhere in the mall. The pedicure room is separate from the main room and it's all rather quiet and relaxing. The nail techs are nice and talk to you and want to make you feel comfortable. Some other places are just like a factory. Seriously. ..skip the other place in beaver valley Mall and head here. Plus...they have the best dryers (air and uv light) that not all places have.

The man gave me a "deluxe pedicure" that was no different than my friend's regular pedicure sorry next to me ( she was charged less). I walked in here in a hurry and needed a fill. I am usually hesitant about getting my nails done in malls because if past experience but it was the best thing i did. I got a fill and gel polish. This salon is usually empty when I go and it doesn't make sense. It's a way better mani/pedi than thier larger competitor elsewhere in the mall. The pedicure room is separate from the main room and it's all rather quiet and relaxing. The nail techs are nice and talk to you and want to make you feel comfortable. Some other places are just like a factory. Seriously. ..skip the other place in beaver valley Mall and head here. Plus...they have the best dryers (air and uv light) that not all places have.
