Everyone that works here is extremely friendly and they do a fantastic job... but the killer is the wait times. You can call and make an appointment, but it's completely useless. Second to this, would be that Joe does the majority of the creative work... so if you're looking for something other than your basic manicure, expect to WAIT. I've never had such a lousy experience at a nail salon before. I came in at 10:30 for a pedicure and was told to come back at eleven. I grabbed a few snacks and came back around 10:45. The nail tech called back the lady waiting next to me, and within a few mins called me back as well. I sat in luke warm water that turned freezing cold after 10 mins for a good 45 to 50 mins before he finally got over to me. He asked if I wanted to cut my toenails and I told him no. I had been growing them out and asked if he could square them out. He didn't. He barely filled them down. When it was time to pick out a polish (was not impressed at all with their selection) he chose a color that wasn't the color I asked for. As if I wasn't pissed enough, he did a LOUSY application. At this point I had been here for over 2 hours with my 4 yr old and had do be at the dentist in 20 mins. I just hurried up, paid and left. I went to happy nails two weeks ago with my two sisters for pedis and a fill. First of all, it is not very clean. At all. I looked past this though. The technician was by himself but he said to have a seat and he would get to us soon. He finished up TWO FILLS for other people and after an hour of waiting finally got to us. Yes, I understand there were three of us but if he didn't have the time it would not have been an issue for us to go elsewhere. He rushed all three pedicures, and all of our paint was chipping off within 3 days. When he got to my fill he also rushed that, didn't use UV, didn't even fill them all the way and the paint wasn't dry by the time he nudged us out the door. Yesterday, which is two weeks and a day exactly after I had them done, I had two nails snap off. After almost 6 months of having acrylic nails this is the first time I have had any snafus especially two in one day. I will NEVER go back again especially after calling to ask for a refund or at least a free removal and being denied. Do not go here. They are unprofessional and lousy nail techs. Read Less
