My grandchildren go to school in Merion and that's how I found Pretty Lady Nail Salon.  I was very impressed with their services.   You get a hot stone massage while your nails are drying.  They do a wonderful, relaxing mani/pedi.  The people there are very friendly.  The lady that owns the shop has been there for almost a year.  I would highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants a relaxing couple of hours. I have been going to Pretty Lady for a long time. I was always very happy with it but it recently got even better!!! It is under new management. I am very picky about these types of services both the quality of the mani or pedi as well as how the staff treats me and what the environment is like. It is very clean! I can really relax and enjoy my time while receiving a manicure and or pedicure. The staff is warm , kind and always helpful and gentle. The massages feel wonderful and I feel are  that they an extra bonus which includes a warm stone. My polish always looks great and lasts a long time . I don't understand why yelp still has 2013 and 2015 reviews on here? How long do they keep a review? I went today on my lunch break and had a great experience!  I wanted a gel manicure/ pedicure but wasn't sure I had a enough time.  The lady offered to do my fingers and toes at the same time to ensure I was finished.  I had one person completely my manicure and one my pedicure.  Both were enjoyable and expertly done.  My pedicure included an extremely relaxing massage that was not rushed.  After I was finished, I received a shoulder/ back massage while my toes were drying.  I will definitely be coming back.  My experience resulted in quality manicures and customer service.  The new management have done wonders!! DON'T EVER GO HERE! I went for an eyebrow wax and the woman literally left me with no brow. They are both so thin and she took so much from the middle the brows start at my pupil. Their manicures only last a few days too so nothing here is worth your time. There are so many other nail and waxing places close by, so pick another one. Read Less

I am LIVID. I JUST got back to my office after taking a lunch break to get acrylic nails. THREE of them BENT and BROKE before I even made it back. On top of which, I waited there repeatedly as they started and stopped my service. NEVER AGAIN. Read Less

I have no idea why I got such a terrible mani. My nails never did dry properly and they looked and felt awful for days afterward . I had to have them redone a few days later elsewhere. A very odd and disappointing experience. Read Less
