Terrible. My nails took more than an hour to dry, then of course, paint chipped same day because of the heavy coating. The man with dirty finger nails, as mentioned in other reviews, was rude and did not listen. I was pretty uncomfortable during the whole visit. The woman who did my 5 year olds nails was great and a sweet heart, but her nails chipped same day also. The place is really dirty: unvacuumed carpets and debris under the nail drying area. There was a stray rag on floor that I noticed as he was finishing my nails. I would have left, but no other salon was open at that time, and I didn't want my 5 year old to be disappointed on her salon day trip for her birthday. Read Less

I've never had my nails done in Meadville and looked on-line for a local service. I was concerned after reading all these bad reviews, but several of my friends used Pro Nails and they were happy with them. I was pleased with their service and the results are impeccable. Terrible service. Deluxe Pedicure was awesome by a Male (unsure of his name but it wasnt jonh or tom), then I was passed to "Linda" - told me that it was his wife. She did my manicure. She was rushed, she was more concerned about answering the phone and wanting to move forward with her next customers. she cut my cuticles so far back that six of my 10 fingers were bleeding. I've had millions of manicures and I've never once bled! The final straw was I asked for my eyebrows. I break out heavily if the upper portion is waxed. She said "uh-huh" and answered when I said, "please do not do the upper part". right before she started she was more concerned about answering a call on her iPhone from "A Chong." It's wax, once the wax is on, hair is removed when it is removed. I was furious and stated that so. Then she moved onto the right brow and didn't do the top to match and make me symmetric. Because I said don't do the upper she assumed she wasn't going to do it on the other eye. It was ridiculous. She was impatient and unkind and treated me like a plastic mannequin. She moved my head back-and-forth without telling me what I needed to do. She was rude. I was charged $87 (she likely included the tip on that), I paid with a debit and  gave no tip!I told her I would not be back nor would my husband. I'll be writing a letter to this establishment as well and reporting them to the licensure board. I did not leave there feeling pretty nor respected. I have been coming here for the last six months and both her and her husband have been appropriate. Today was not at all expected at all!!! I am a professional, and people are constantly looking at my hands. I am disgusted by how she did my nails today and my eyebrows. I'm not a clown. We all appreciate feeling beautiful even if the world does not appreciate the beauty in each of us. Eyebrows are a BIG deal, or millions of women wouldn't go to the lengths to use make up to create fake eyebrows like the Vietnamese woman Linda does to her own eyebrows. Read Less

I have never received such bad service and such poor quality nails. I paid $40 for a fill and the workers were rude and I have never had nails look so terrible. All that this place cared about was squeezing more people in rather than treating there customers good and doing good nails. I will never go to this place again! Every person there that I talked to getting their nails done were extremely upset as well. Read Less

I have never had a worse experience. The man was aggressive and cut up my cuticles, and inappropriate to boot. He was massaging my hands while saying "beautiful, I love this." And made me uncomfortable. My nails are crooked, the Polish isn't evenly coated, they're too short and the tops are scraggly and uneven. I will never go there again. Read Less

I'm an out of towner vacationing at the lake and this was my second summer coming in. My daughter and I both go and she was with me this last trip in. We both had pedi's and she had a mani and I had a fill and gel application. I hate complaining about the length of a pedi but this one was an hour long. My daughter was fine, but I asked the lady doing mine to be careful during the massage to not push on certain parts of my leg because it hurts. She didn't listen and it was quite painful. While clipping my toe nails she clipped too far in and the side of my toe became red, swollen, and sore over the next few days. She also cut my cuticle on my toe. It was actually the first time I hoped for a pedi to just be done.  That was just the pedi. My fill and gel was another bad experience. The lady was using to wrong equipment to take off my gel and it was taking a long time and she was burning me with the drill and running over my cuticles. Finally the owner took over and he used the right equipment, but he was so rough and he burned me repeatedly even after I told him it hurt. He rushed through everything especially after he found out I was not a local. My nails are not shaped the same either. When he was using the buffer the sharp edge cut two of my fingers. He also left scrapes on a few of my other fingers. He was rough, rushed, and hurt me and didn't apologize. My daughter's mani was nice but her nail polish started chipping that evening and the polish on one finger came completely off the next morning. All in all, we were there for over two hours. Not a good experience and I will find a different salon for next year's vacation. Read Less
